“I live in a remote part of Roseboom with bad roads, have a steep driveway, and the UPS people are outstanding. The trucks they are issued have no traction, not designed for these conditions, but the drivers go out of their way to get packages to me, even in bad weather. If they can't get up the driveway, they seal the packages in plastic and put them where I can get them. They are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. UPS is fortunate to have such people workin g for them.”
