“Hit a deer and was a nervous wreck, Randy Trim called me back right off with his soothing voice a girl likes to hear said it'll be fine we will fix it bring it right down, He listened to me babble on about that poor critter that bolted out and reassured me it took off and will probually be fine, His waiting room is clean with nice things to look at from Adirondack art and good tunes playing, His staff was kind and my vehicle was fixed in a timely matter, He took care of all the calling with my insurance company what a 5***** all around establishment 😊”

“My experience with Auto Barn Collision was just great. I backed into a tree a week after buying my brand new car. Ugh! I scheduled an estimate with Auto Barn - which was done in a very timely manner and very professionally. I then scheduled my car to be repaired. Auto Barn dealt with the insurance company, scheduled my car for the work in a timely manner, and fixed it so that it looks like it did the day it rolled off the showroom floor. I highly recommend this company for any work you may need on your car. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was kind and professional. Awesome job !”

“Absolutely flawless experience. The shop is so cool, jammed with every part you could imagine. The install area waiting room has black leather couches and DirecTv. I needed a trailor hitch and ball installed, and the install went so quick I thought the Tech was joking. The prices are reasonable, and the service is top notch. They even backed me up 3 days because I was in a jam. Bravo, and thank you.”

“Will and Chuck made the process of trading my car and buying a new one seamless. Will worked with me over the phone for most of the process and had all of the tedious parts of the paperwork done and ready for my review/signature when I got to the dealership. Chuck was very fair with numbers and was very upfront with his process. Highly recommend!!”

“I needed the low beam on my grand Cherokee replaced. Definitely more complex then most vehicles. Andy came recommended. From the time I stopped until the time I left Andy was very respectful and friendly just a genuinely nice guy. He stopped what he was doing and had me pull my jeep into his shop so he could “ see what he could do to help me out”. My headlight is replaced at a more then reasonable price and I can’t say enough good about the service. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience definitely deserves one. Thanks again.”

Luckily the manager here helped me put my car key back together and made sure it was working for me. It's rare you get this above and beyone experience so I really appreciate all this hard work that was done here.”

“So I’ve been in the run around with many mechanics in plattsburgh & it’s surrounding areas. But Dean at g&g muffler is easily the best one. He calls you daily with updates, price changes, everything. I have an older car, so it needs work often. Every time I’m at g&g, they get you in and out VERY quickly & treat you with nothing but respect & honesty. There are many shady mechanics in plattsburgh, but you’ll be treated the right way at g&g. I literally can’t say anything bad. Definitely go there if you need anything done!”
