Staff was professional and knowledgeable and willing to help, including a phone call I made after leaving the store to ask a question about the new phone. They also contacted me the next day to ensure everything was ok.

Mack & Chris worked with me for several hours to make sure my service was changed from Verizon to AT&T! We ran into some issues but your reps worked through each issue to make sure that I left with my service switched to AT&T! Very nice job!

Chris was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He spent much time explaining different plans to me, helpful in explaining various features of different phones and making me feel confident in my selections, a far cry from other ATT locations, where most employees are much less knowledgeable and concerned. A real star!!

Will no longer be patronizing this business. They have very poor attitudes, they are very unfriendly, and they are LIARS. Also, they play extremely inappropriate music in this establishment. They told me when I switched over from Verizon to ATT, I would receive approximately $1000 in store credit from trade ins and line exchanges, but instead I got a two year contract with NO discounts and NO account credits, as promised.

This store has great service representatives, particularly Chris and the assistant manager, Belky. I came in with complicated issues on multiple devices.These two representatives dug into my accounts, including the history of my calls to phone support and the notes left on my account by the phone support representatives.They spent a lot of time untangling the mess and uncovering the incorrect information I had received by phone support. Chris and Belky have in-depth knowledge of systems and service and they absolutely go to bat and put the customers best interest before company profits.I’ve always had good customer service at this location, but now I’m convinced it couldn’t be better. Thank you Chris and Belky.

I came to the store because my phone was in an accessibility mode and I couldn’t unlock it or change to regular mode. Chris and his assistant manager were so helpful and friendly. They quickly fixed the problem.

This place was very helpful. I did not wait more then a minute for employees to start helping me. I walked with a new ordered phone soon after. Excellent!!!
