This shop is just the best. After we moved out of the area 5 years ago, I recently found myself making a long drive back to visit Bicycle World, since none of the local bike shops could figure out how to get the right part to repair my bike. Bicycle World not only had the right part, but they fixed it before I even had time to finish lunch! This kind of service is just so hard to find. Many thanks to all the folks at Bicycle World!

The biggest reason I had a great experience recently at Bicycle World, is that my persistent tire issues were properly fixed. Two other shops down here in southern Westchester had failed (my Trek hybrid is 22 years old but still very serviceable!). The other reason I'm very happy, is that the tuneup done there was excellent. I've had a chance now to have taken two long rides, and shifting and braking are absolutely perfect! I wasn't in the store very long but during the wandering around I did do, I noted that the prices for accessories and clothing were reasonable. And finally the folks there were all very nice. All in all I couldn't be happier, and knowing that there's good "ground support" out there I can now ride more :)

I would not have thought to come here if I had not been given some advice by my better half, and I'm glad I asked him! I had a hole in my tire and inner tube so I had to get another tire. They were very nice people and the service was terrific. I was in and out in no time. They even had home baked pastries at check out! (Wish I had asked for the recipe.) I will definitely go back should I need any service or equipment.

I was in the market for a triathlon bike. Being a newbie I had no idea what I needed so I trusted Eric. After a long fitting session, we had the perfect bike set up for me. Ilene is super nice and hardworking. She also makes great cookies. I’m a customer for life! Thank you Bicycle World

Last week I picked up my new Tern Verge S8i from Bicycle World in Mount Kisco. There are a number of bike shops in my general area, and I’m sure they all would have been suitable, but I am happy with my decision to go with Bicycle World. The shopping experience was welcoming, comfortable and low pressure, and the bike pickup transaction was equally pleasurable.

Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Eileen was very helpful from the start of our phone conversation all the way to the transaction and installation of my bike rack at the end of the day. Highly recommend !
