What an incredible experience! I was dealing with Michael B, and in every respect he did what he said he would and far exceeded every expectation. This was a $15,000 internet purchase of a used CD player and Streamer . Both arrived immaculate and better than expected. They also arrived much quicker than I expected. NYC to California via a pallet freight in 5 days! I have had other experiences where from a similar distance it took 2 weeks. I was obviously a bit nervous wiring over $15,500 to a business that was on another coast and which I had never done business with before. Michael understood and responded that from their perspective he understood as trust is earned. ET and Michael have earned mine. Thank you and I am thoroughly enjoying both Esoteric pieces.

Entertainment Technology is a great hifi store. Great service and hifi equipment. They carry excellent brands such as McIntosh and Wilson speakers. I have stopped by a few times and the in-store demos are awesome.

I recently moved into a new house and needed to set up my WiFi system. The company send Lance, who is incredibly knowledgeable, who has been helping me set up the Ruckus internet system. When there was an issue, they found a way to send someone out immediately despite their packed schedule. Recommend!

I first met Ray and the ET crew while living in Westchester County when I purchased a surround sound system from him. We moved back to New Jersey and I continued to purchase all of my my AV components from Ray. We moved to Florida a few years ago and Ray is still recommending and shipping me equipment. Ray and his team are tops. These guys really “get” home AV. I recently added outdoor speakers to my front porch and back deck. I was about to make a big mistake with my choice of speakers. Ray convinced me to go with his recommendation. I couldn’t be happier with the job. Many compliments from friends. Installer was excellent. Worked neat and clean. Thanks for another first class experience.

Wanted to take a moment to to praise the group at ET. I have used them quite a few times over the years and at the end of each service I am pleasantly surprised at their quality and professionalism , weather it be purchasing and installing a new TV or providing my home with a reliable wireless network . My most recent experience was yesterday when. Called looking for some help with internet connectivity . Luckily The timing was right and Lance came to my house and after a bit of tweaking got everything running at top speed . After each visit I always feel this was money well spent . This is a great group to work with .

Went there to learn about HD Audio. The staff is friendly, not pushy and genuine. They are few and far between. In the age of big box stores, and people not caring about sound quality, these folks are a breath of fresh air. Mike, Raymond, and his staff are top notch. Be careful though, you may walk in there without the intention of buying new gear, only to get the upgrade bug.
