Carene was great. I called in to get some information and she listened to my concerns and seemed very open honest and relatable in her responses. Not very often a dealership service center rep has made me feel welcomed and like family.

I was in a time crunch ahead of a long drive and the engine check light came on. LRMK fast tracked me through the service and resolved the issue. Super attentive and professional!

@Land Rover /Mt.Kisco - I just had my LR4 yearly service and had a great experience - Sundos who handled my service - was respectful - quick and answered every question - she really made my service easy & efficient - I was concerned because my contact had changed but was happily surprised because of the quality service I received with Sundos! While I was waiting - both Anthony/salesman & Andrew/sales manager - came over to greet me and touch base to see how I was doing and if i needed anything! This is a great team - thankyou Patricia

I had to drive a partially debilitated Range Rover over from Connecticut to Mount Kisco and I got there and they told me to go 21 location but then they couldn't take the vehicle to another location the next day and didn't even call me in the course of the whole day to update me and give me an idea of what's happening. This is just the kind of treatment you don't want. In over 45 years of owning Land Rovers And dealing with numerous dealerships in several states this one will always stand out and I am done with them. I may have a tow truck go tomorrow pick it up and pull it out today and tell it to who can treat me like a decent human being. Deal with the meat of your own wrong risk.
I'm more than just disappointed. I had to call twice to ask for the general manager to the calming of course he didn't or she didn't. I really don't think they care but there's some nice people working there who apparently don't know what they're doing.

I gave one star because i couldnt give zero. The service dept is terrible. They had my car for 6 hours and hadn't diagnosed the problem. When they finally did, they didn't offer to put the charge through my CPO until I asked if it was covered. Very shady. I have had the car for 1 1/2 years and they still owe me a key fob that no one seems to be able to order. I have left messages for the service manager and sent an email to the general manager about my experience and neither have returned my message. Do not go to this dealership.
