I recently purchased my 2024 RR at the Mt Kisco dealership. I would highly recommend one to see Tyler Mills, if you are looking to buy a new car. He is an amazing salesman. He is not only very knowledgeable and professional but very courteous in his approach. He has called me twice already in the last week simply to follow up on how my experience is going with my new car and offered to come by anytime if I need to understand the new features. Thanks for another excellent experience.

I had a terrible experience trying to get my car fixed at Range Rover. First I made an appointment then dropped off my car and they didn’t even look at it for eight days. They gave me a quote of 3 thousand dollars to fix all that was needed. Then they ordered the wrong parts. They continually told me the car would be ready the next day. Each time this occurred I had to extend my rental as they did not give me a loaner car. After all this they only addressed one third of the problem. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle I can’t drive and have to go to another mechanic. I would not recommend Range Rover of Mt Kisco to anyone.

I'm leaving this review under LR Mt. Kisco as well as Jaguar Mt. Kisco since they're the same dealership...By far one of the absolute worst dealership (service) experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the years. I brought my Jaguar XFS in for service due to rattling in the doors, several warning lights on the dash, a pulling to the left, the surroundview camera not stitching the image together correctly/dead spots, and an oil change.I was told the rattling in the doors was caused by two dimes inside the door card and would not be covered under warranty. This “repair” cost me $700. I was told the car was road tested and the noise was gone. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before hearing the noise was still present. Road tested? Absolutely not. I didn’t receive anything back for the exorbitant amount of money I spent for a technician to pull the door card and remove the dimes (which I could have done at home in under 20 minutes). I didn’t bother doing this myself since the vehicle is still under warranty. The pulling and dash lights were being caused by a steering angle sensor issue (I knew this because my independent shop diagnosed it while doing an alignment on the vehicle, but I brought it to the dealership for a resolution since the car was under warranty). The dealership replaced the clockspring and sent me on my way. While the dash lights were fixed, the vehicle still pulled to the left.I brought the vehicle back and was told they performed an alignment. They surely charged me for an alignment. As I started heading down a straight road, I noticed the steering wheel was turned several degrees to the right. They managed to make the vehicle worse! Mind you, the steering wheel was perfectly straight before their alignment, and I even provided them the alignment specs from my shop showing the vehicle was perfectly aligned. I brought it back in and told them they had to correct the issue. They realigned the vehicle and gave it back. Now the steering wheel is several degrees to the left! I gave up and am bringing it to my independent alignment shop to do a proper alignment and address the issue. When I complained and requested a refund for the alignment, I was told one would be issued. Over a week went by and I didn’t receive a refund. I reached back out and it was blamed on “staff shortages.” I’m still awaiting this refund. This will be the first time I’m ever disputing a credit card transaction. While they fixed the surroundview issue by disassembling my mirror (they sent me a video of this), my driver’s door mirror glass now shakes and rattles like crazy. They clearly broke some of the clips behind the mirror and didn’t bother taking responsibility for it.The oil change I was told would be covered under Elite Car was not covered and was performed to the tune of $300. A heads-up that this wasn’t going to be covered would have been appreciated so I could have brought the car to my independent Jaguar specialist who would have performed the oil change for a fraction of the price.Communication with staff is sub-par as well. You will be checking in and requesting updates for your vehicle, rather than the dealership staff providing them to you.Bring your Jaguar/Land Rover product anywhere else for service. It looks like I’ll be taking the drive to White Plains for all future service needs. Even if they were to offer corrective fixes for my vehicle, I wouldn't trust them to go near it. The only resolution I'd accept (and wouldn't hold my breath for) is a full refund of everything I've paid for. By far the absolute worst dealership experience I've ever had, and certainly not the expectation one has from a "luxury" brand.

I've now had multiple great experiences with Jay and Jeffrey at the Mount Kisco location. Easily my best team experience in the 10 years I've owned a RR. Consistently going over and beyond with communication, detailing, and loaners as my car gets worked on. 10 out of 10!

I purchased my car here and had a great experience. Starting from the sales agent to sales manager they were all professional, honest and trustworthy. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I stopped by with a flat tire and you would have thought I was there to buy another car by the way they treated me. They were able to get me done in couple of hours with no appointment and they washed it as well. I had rim and tire protection and the service rep dealt with everything. Great sale and great service!

Probably the worst service experience I have ever had. Brought my car in to have a software issue patched and updated. After making an appointment and being given their word it would be looked at first thing in the morning and finished by end of day my car was not looked at until the following day. I was then told it was a safety sensor software issue that would be promptly fixed. Once the car was picked up I was less than 5 miles away when the exact issue occurred again. Brought the car back and was told they actually needed a part they didn’t have in stock and was told it would be fixed next week or the week after. I decided to go to a different service location and never had the issues resolved by this dealership. I would stay away from this place if you value your time and energy as well as your personal safety in a vehicle.

I purchased my Defender from Land Rover Mt. Kisco just shy of a year ago.Due to the chip shortage I was only given one key. Once the key fob was available I scheduled my service. I had also received a notification that the usb ports can be updated as well. I also needed an alignment and there was an issue with my usb ports and a vent that was squeaking since I received the vehicle.I decided to have all this taken care of at the apt. When I scheduled my service I scheduled it with a loaner. Since I am 2.5 hours away.I was given a loaner that had damage to it with no notification to me. Thankfully I walked around it on my own. Next I was told the service would take 2 days. Which was never expressed to me. There was no communication throughout my service unless I called. A 2 day service ended up in an 8 day service due to the blinking usb ports.I finally picked up my vehicle and it looked great. All repaired. Made it back home. My mistake I didn’t check the new key fob just made sure I had it. When I got home my husband looked at it and we realized the key part that attaches to the fob wasn’t there :( I called at the end of July got no return call.Fast forward to this week. I got a text, an email and a call because they didn’t charge me for my service. I told them I was happy to pay but I wanted answers to my key fob. After some emails back and forth I was notified that the key part is on back order and they ordered it for me.The lack of communication is very frustrating.

My fiancé and I have purchased two cars from the Mt. Kisco dealership, most recently a used Range Rover Sport Diesel. We were hyper diligent, knowing what came with the territory of a diesel car, and they ensured us the car was in perfect running condition and would have no problems. We purchased the car last September, since then it has been in service (well) over 7 times, with more than $7K spent just to keep the car going. Each time we are given excuses and a reason why the extended warranty pushed on us to purchase would not cover the entire service. We’ve tried since a month after buying the lemon of a car and it’s first service where the "service needed" light came back on as we were driving out of the lot to talk to sales, service, and subsequently have reached out to the GM (Abdel) via email 4+ times and countless phone calls- none of which have been returned or acknowledged. We recently had to bring it to another Range Rover dealership for $3K of service after the lack of response or any sort of help to resolve the clear lemon they sold us from Mt. Kisco. During one of the services at Mt. Kisco (where we bought the car) we were told the car never should’ve been sold to a consumer and should’ve been sent to auction.Clearly this dealership lacks the leadership and professionalism for what is supposed to be a higher caliber of car brands. We have dumped money into a car that should never have been sold to us, and have received ZERO communication to help resolve the issue (whether it be buying it back at a lesser price, actually fixing whatever is clearly wrong, etc), and instead have been toyed with, ignored, and quite frankly ripped off. The lack of response from endless attempts to contact management is not only rude, but flat out unethical. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this dealership for any used vehicles.

From the standpoint of being a dealership, it had a very affluent feel to its look and the flow of the space. The waiting area was comfortable and sleek while being engaging with the magazines and the related items that are for sale from Land Rover and/or Jaguar. So since it was my first time having my vehicle serviced at this location, it was worth the experience. If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle then give this establishment a visit.

Land Rover of Mt Kisco made my buying experience very simple and Andrew and Brittney were very knowledgeable and experience sale associate/ Managers. Picking up the vehicle was very fast and there was no pressure to purchase unnecessary service or maintenance contract. I got the car I ordered at the price that I was quoted. Thankyou to the team at Land Rover Mt. Kisco

Recently purchased a used vehicle and I couldn't have had a better experience than at this store. I spent half the time I would normally spend in a dealership thanks to Tyler/Hadi/Peri doing an amazing job at taking care of me. They answered any questions I had and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Even after the deal was done they have been available to answer any questions and help me out with anything regarding my purchase. Facility was nice and amenities were great. Love the car and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market!

Thank you both for having such great professionalism.

I was very disappointed for the level of service that was provided at my latest for annual check up and service for the car. Without going over the details of the service, manager called me and stated the price. Knowing that I had someone waiting for the vehicle, service person did not make driver aware of how long the appointment would be, so they could make the decision of whether to wait for the vehicle or not. I asked if they could sync the car to my phone, so I could start the car remotely, and use the navigation, and it wasn't done. I asked for the gas cap to replaced, it wasn't done. The battery was dead in one of the remotes, and it wasn't replaced. The only excuse that was provided for the 6 hour wait, is that they are short staffed. But I reminded the service person that they should have made the person aware of how long everything will be, and they only said one hour. I will never visit this land rover service again, and neither should you. ****I received a reply on google to call a phone number they provided, and I've gotten the run around to speak with someone about this issue on the phone. I've been told the person to speak to is unavailable, I've provided my phone number and no one calls back. I'm going as far as editing my review to include my next steps to try and resolve the situation. This place has horrible customer service. I've left this google review, and the review that Land Rover sends upon completion of the service, as a last resort to get help and get the service that I requested. But nothing is working. *****
