Don’t come here! We traveled 30 min specifically to this store to get rudely and abruptly turned away at the door for a simple glasses adjustment. Waste of gd time.

Everyone at this location was diligent and friendly from the front end help to the technician to the optometrist to the sales person finalizing the transaction. I would recommend to anyone.

another excellent visit. My annual comprehensive eye examination, as well as refraction for an updated eyeglass prescription. The doctor was thorough, friendly, helpful, and most importantly- top quality. The staff in the store are also helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

From the associate to management level, the sales/service staff are very unreliable of their duties and uninformed of store policies.To make a long story short, I got an eye exam and purchased frames and lenses at the Mount Kisco location. The sales tactics were being applied pretty heavily, from one employee in particular, even to the point where I was told, "and you are buying the insurance today because you can't say no to me, and you can replace them anytime if they break." (There is a fee for the purchase of the insurance, plus a deductible at the time you replace them, so it'san obvious lucrative ploy)Within 2 hours, I called the store back and attempted to cancel the transaction. The MANAGER told me that I could not cancel until the eyewear arrived at the store.I then called Lenscrafters 1-800 number and verified that I absolutely could cancel the transaction and "there shouldn't be any reason why you can't cancel."I called the very next day and spoke to the same manager and relayed the information that the 1-800 staff told me.The manager said that she would call her regional office to confirm. She called me back later in the day to tell me that I was correct but needed to come in with the credit card used in order to do the return.I went to the store the next day (2 days after initial purchase) and tried to do a return, but the associate told me I would have to wait until the item arrives at the store. (Again, misinformation)I wasted no time and disputed the issue with my credit card company.It took almost exactly 30 days to resolve the dispute. The investigation by my credit card company turned out to my favor, naturally.I was not going to have more valuable time wasted by returning to the store to potentially have another employee deny me the opportunity to initiate a return.There was a lot of back-and-forth with the employees and management because of their ineptitude and lack of training.I had no issues with the Optometrist. The sales team was a nightmare to deal with.

The optometrist is great. However the sales people are not very helpful, they try to upsale to you and even charged me for a one year protection plan without consulting. I returned the glasses within the 30 day guarantee as I was given the wrong lenses and then when picking a different frame they refused to apply the sale price as advertised online. I ended purchasing online instead, less of a used car sale experience would have been desirable, no wonder why other online shops are picking such pace.

This shop has the most unhelpful salesperson I’ve ever encountered. I brought in my prescription from another LensCrafters. I was looking to purchase new glasses. I explained that I am not familiar with how prescription glasses work. Unhelpful Salesperson immediately took over from the first woman who was going to help me.I told her I wanted larger frames. She just opened several drawers without offering to help. She left me on my own to find glasses, saying she was “disconnecting” from me. She took a phone call instead.When I approached her again, frames in hand, explaining that I wanted bifocals, she got angry with me and was incredibly rude and demeaning because I wasn’t aware of how my previous prescription, less than a year old, worked.I don’t know anything about glasses and she did nothing to help me understand. Instead, she made me feel stupid and did her best to be unhelpful. Absolutely terrible customer service. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I love this store! Great, thorough optometrist, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful selection of frames. I have been going here for over 10 years and I have had great experiences. Eyewear is an investment and LensCrafters earns my business every time.

I liked that when I entered the store I was almost greeted with a "How can I help you". I had gotten glasses there a few months ago and an earpiece broke off my frame where it could not be repaired. I was reminded that since I had originally gotten an insurance policy (or whatever it's called) on the glasses, I only had a $25 co pay for the frame. Even though I have to wait a week or so for the new frames to come in I left there satisfied.

I forgot to pack my contacts for a quick 2day visit to see my daughter and granddaughter. I went to the Mt Kisco LensCrafter which was in my daughter’s neighborhood on the off chance they might stock my lenses. It was my lucky day to meet the lovely assistant manager, Ms. Tyiana Sparks. She took the time to check and came back with 2 samples—perfect to get me through my visit. She took that extra mile to help me, a non customer/patient and I am very appreciative. That is proof to me that every customer/patient is well taken care of at this location. Thank you Ms. Sparks for making my day!

I love this place as they always have flexibility with their schedule, really helpful to Customers and close to the MetroNorth. The last time my glasses were ready I would take the MNR to Mt Kisco jump off pick up my glasses then jump on the next train to my stop.

Dr. Chen is excellent. She is thorough with her eye exam, takes the time to listen, is highly personable, and provides solid recommendations. The office staff are kind and helpful.
