Brought up issues we didn't realize were an issue (height of current walker, skis for the bottom of the walker legs). The rolator options were more plentiful than expected. They presented all options with pointing out the features of each, letting my mom try each one in all ways. Helped with Solutions to her portable oxygen, her concerns about daily activities, everything you could think of.
