Thanks to Mike's training skills and sophisticated knowledge of the body and diet, I quite literally feel ten years younger. In my 50s, I lost 15 pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle, and due to some specifically designed leg work, my sore, aching knees no longer hurt.
