Chevy has a lot of good incentives and cars are reliable. Service in this dealership was soso. The point that turned me down was $695 in dealer fees+registration. They even charge $199 to clean the car and to add fuel. I ended up buying Hyundai with 0% apr for five years.

Beware of this place! This place is crooked! I bought a pre certified Suburban for 50k. 2 days later I noticed one of the 2 key fobs they gave me didn’t work. 2 months later I went to Danbury Chevrolet for an oil change and they informed me that my brakes were “really bad and I needed to replace them.” Now 5 months later, I go and try to turn on my AC and it’s blowing warm air. It’s not like I’ve ever used it bc it was fall/winter when I bought it. I called and asked for the pre certified report bc clearly my car was not checked before they sold it to me. They cant provide me with a report and told me that bc I didn’t get the extended warranty and over by 5k miles, I have to pay to replace it. I’ve had several cars before and this car by far is the worst. I’ve called and everyone I’ve spoken to has been condescending about not getting their extended warranty. The truth is that I have no problem paying for car repairs but 3 issues for a pre certified car is ridiculous! They clearly sold me a car that they did not check and now I’m stuck paying for it. BEWARE and find another Chevrolet dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely best car buying experience, and I've owned many cars. Mike P. And Nicolette were fabulous and made the process easy and uncomplicated. Thanks again Mike, you're my guy from now on. Cheers!

Bought a pre certified car 6 months ago and I have had multiple issues. Within the first week, key fobs didn't work bc they sold me a car with no working key fobs. 2 months later, was told by Danbury Chevy that my breaks were really bad and I needed to replace them. Now first day of nice weather and my AC doesn't work. Never used my AC bc bought it in the fall/winter. Now they want me to pay to diagnose and repair. Everyone I've spoken to has been condescending and rude. Advising me that I should have gotten the extended warranty. I've asked for a copy of my pre certified report but they can't give that to me. Clearly they sold me a car without checking it. BEWARE, THEY ARE CROOKS!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Dennis he's a liar and racist. We took our 2013 Cadillac Escalade to get serviced, also they changed a recalled airbag and they fix a rough engine idle which it still shakes a little after the service being done to it and we told Dennis about it and he said just drive it because you brought us an Escalade with almost a 100,000 miles on it and it should stop once it's driven. We had over $1600 worth of work done to came back to our display screen not working properly the backlight was messed up and Dennis blamed the dealership we purchased the Escalade from for the display problem. which we never had a problem with the the display screen until after the Dennis and the others at Mount Kisco Cadillac serviced it. Dennis had us wait serval hours to see if they could fix something they broke (display screen) and after serval hours of waiting he called to tell us we have to pay to get if fix. Horrible service I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because that may mess your once working vehicle up.

This is in response to my first review. I met with the store manager a few days after my review and explained the the matter to him. He listen to what i had to say nd in a few hours rectified and solve the matter. i was definitely happy and satisfied with the dealerships conflict resolution.

This is an authentic review and I do not often write unless I am dissatisfied with products or services. I got a warning code for emissions fluid for my 2017 Chevy Colorado diesel pick up truck. I managed to get an appointment in two days, however when I came to pick it up after work it was not ready. The service manager was kind enough to provide me with a loaner Cadillac CT5 overnight at no charge. It turned out to be a computer issue covered under warranty and only cost me $100 plus tax. Excellent, honest and professional service by the dealer and car rental department. Thanks for helping me out.
