Came in with a dead cat I found, and they checked her to find if she had a microchip, told me a cremation company would take her, and overall so nice, very professional as well, I’m glad I went there.

I felt compelled to write this review for Dr. Lori Gil. In a world where genuine care and compassion are rare, Dr. Gil stands out as a beacon of kindness. Her unparalleled dedication to the well-being of all animals is remarkable and difficult to find. I recently dubbed her the "Fairy Veterinarian" due to her magical ability to bring comfort, healing to my boys and calm our nerves. Knowing that any time my dogs are in her care, they are in the ABSOLUTE BEST CARE!Recently, Dr. Gil reached out to me after my pup's ER visit, showcasing her unwavering commitment to her patients. Especially because she hasn't seen them in quite some time! Yesterday she performed surgery on my 8 year old Daniff. He went in with a fever and infection. Although I was on edge, I wasn't overly concerned because I knew inherently that she had my pup's best interest in mind and treats him as if he were her own! She is one of the very few veterinarians I wholeheartedly trust, and her genuine concern for animals is both rare and precious.Words will never be sufficient to describe my affection for her, but I felt as though this was a great start. To share with the world just how incredible of a human being she is! Eternally grateful for Dr. Gil. Not enough stars on this review. I'd leave a million if I could.

I feel fortunate to have found this clinic for our dogs. Dr. Mann is absolutely wonderful. She's easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and an exceptionally humane and caring practitioner. She explains things in a way that helps you to feel involved in the treatment plan , which at times can be quite stressful. Also important, she is always conservative in her approach to care but also generous with her time during visits. We couldn't be more grateful to be in her wonderful care.

The staff at VCA Mount Kisco is exceptional in their care and compassion. Despite my cat passing away due to an accident, they provided unwavering support and helped us choose the best way to care for his remains. Additionally, they sent us a heartfelt card signed by all the staff. I am grateful to VCA for their kindness during this difficult time.

We were referred to this clinic by another VCA. We made a 6:00pm appointment to put our 19+ year old cat, Jeter, down, who was really suffering. No other clients were there when we arrived so we got a lot of attention. Dr. Olsen and staff were very compassionate and there was no pressure to try anything to prolong her life. It was obvious that our tough decision was the best option. Dr. Olsen explained the procedure and took all the time we needed to ask questions and to say goodbye to our pet. We live 40 minutes from this facility but we will be back when needed with our other cat and future pets. At last we have found a veteranarian for our pets and ourselves that we are 100% happy with. Only sorry that our first appointment was for end of life. Thank you all.

The only thing good about this hospital is the support staff. They don't need the business...I had already decided I was over this hospital for many reasons, missed diagnostic, opportunities etc. when... I was terminated as a client who called out a mistake based on internal hospital miscommunications, admitted by the head clinician.Entitled doctors dripping with privilege (white male or otherwise) yield terrible Vets, add a head clinician who speaks down to you. Sad.

I drive 45 minutes to take my babies here. We went to several closer vets before landing here and since the first visit, we felt like they truly care about our cats and their well-being. For my little one....the care, referrals to specialists & emergency, and the follow up check in calls saved his life when he was going through a horrible time before he finally got his IBD diagnosis. We are so grateful to Dr Gil, her fellow doctors, and all the staff for being so great to us (and dealing with my anxious "is he going to be okay?!?!" calls!)

Wow, what a wonderful, kind veterinarian! When our existing veterinarian of 15 years was not willing to accommodate us with a last minute vaccination requirement for our dog, Dr. Mann could not have been more accommodating and kind. She welcomed us on short notice, gave our dog a full exam and a vaccination for a very reasonable price! Thank you Dr Mann for helping us out!

I just wanted to take the time and thank Doctors and all the staff that has assisted my wife JoAnn, my daughter, and me with our dog Teddybear for about 2 1/2 years that passed away in September 2021. It has been a long road we took with Teddybear between his 2 rounds of cancer and him losing his right rear leg. My wife and I always felt that they were compassionate, honest, and caring to our animals and us. My wife moved down to Florida with our new dog but your staff will always be in our hearts. Dave, JoAnn, and Celia. In loving memory of Teddybear.

The entire team at VCA is outstanding and provided incredible care to our beloved Border Terrier Taylor from 8 months until just shy of his 15th birthday when he passed from Melanoma. After every lab test, we received a call the next day with results. We always felt the doctors and staff went the extra mile to take care of Taylor and make sure our questions were answered. Once, Camille hand-delivered a cone to our home when it was accidentally left at the Vet and we were leaving for a flight and didn't have time to retrieve it. We also received a handwritten condolence note signed by the whole staff on Taylor's passing.

Dr. Olsen and the entire team at VCA Mt Kisco Veterinary Clinic helped us find comfort in saying goodbye to our 16 year old Yorkie with the utmost care, professionalism and respect. We even received a hand written card to acknowledge our loss and love for our pet. A gesture like this is a true testament to the kind hearted people who represent their practice.

We took our little baby here because she was acting funny and wasn’t being her normal self. I can’t tell you how wonderful and professional everyone here is. We made an emergency appointment on a Saturday and they took our little girl in almost right away and took such good care of her while we were gone. They kept us updated and informed on what was going on with her and what procedures they would be doing. Doctor Gil is so sweet, so wonderful, and so professional. Juno had a little sprain on her tail and they gave her everything she needed to feel better and only a week later she was good as new! Thank you to the wonderful people here for helping our baby!!!

Thank you Dr. Olsen for taking the time from you hectic schedule to talk with me regarding my 14 yr. old dog's condition. You are without a doubt the most brilliant and caring veterinarian in the country!! It is comforting to know you and your staff (particularly Dakota) are always there for us!!

Mt Kisco Vet is one of the most kind veterinary clinics in the area. The staff is warm , helpful and knowledgable. We love Dr.Olsen and the team.
