Terrible experience with the parts and service department. I called about new breakpads, specified the type of car, the brand of the break (brembo) and the size of the break. Parts told me breakpads were available for around 400 dollars. After I dropped off my car I was called a few hours later and told that parts picked the wrong breaks and they would need a day to order a pair that fits the brembo and the price was now 800 for the breakpads. I also asked them to diagnose and fix a parking break issue. I was called and informed that they had already spent more than 200 dollars trying to diagnose it and that the mechanic thinks he can do it if I just pay 600 dollars total for diagnosing the issue. After I refused the following morning I was told that they did find the issue and it was related to an electrical wire. After all this the total for repairing this one wire exceeded 800 dollars. I went to this shop hoping for expertise and a hassle free experience but that was not the case. Save your money and support your local mechanic instead of overpaying here.

This review is from a lifetime customer of Mount Kisco Cadillac Chevrolet applauding this business for their professionalism and ability to go above and beyond in customer service & every aspect of auto sales. Recently, I needed help with a situation I was having & was met with open arms. This family like atmosphere & level of kindness seems impossible to match. The service department especially went way above expected levels to assist me with my situation, I couldn't fathom going anywhere else for Auto needs. Myself as well as my brother & rest of my many friends & family all have been treated with the upmost professionalism & willingness to go out of the way to ensure all levels of satisfaction. Forever grateful for how this establishment has treated me recently & for my lifetime. Two friends Ralph & Robert who visited Mt. Kisco Cadillac/Chevrolet to make a purchase of two difficult vehicles to locate, this dealership made it happen quickly and in expert fashion with ease. Thanks to a go to employee at this dealership who's name I won't mention went to the heavens and back for these two gentleman, not because he had to under his employment requirements from the dealership. No, it's because he genuinely enjoys making customers experiences the best they can be & happy in every way at Mount Kisco Cadillac/ Chevrolet, making me look good for just being in their spotlight. You have to visit this pillar of the community for yourself to really understand all the well-deserved accolades I've previously mentioned. Truly, there isn't enough room for me to mention all the professionals here who've personally & positively impacted my life in some way, but a very special thanks to the heads of the service department who showed me how to be a true expert in customer relations, trust, leadership, whole heartedly caring, positive reinforcement as well as but not limited too just being a great individual, for that I'm forever grateful. My two friends Ralph & Robert were blown away with the results this dealership delivered and spread the word of this stellar standout dealership with their entire network of family and friends, for these two very accomplished individuals to go to these lengths speak for themselves. Honestly, I feel uncomfortable taking any credit for what magic performed getting exactly what they specifically asked for. All I did is point in right direction every ounce of credit goes to the high energy, seasoned staff at Mount Kisco Cadillac/ Chevrolet. I could go on and on. My apologies for long review, but my recent experience at this dealership yet again picked me up when I was feeling down, one gentleman in particular went way out of his way to ensure any and all my needs were met. I've never in my life had a group of professional men and women at one place of business have such an impact on my life. It feels like home at Mount Kisco Cadillac/ Chevrolet. There is no reason why an oil change should take 2+hours. I was the only person in the waiting area and it still took forever.The price of the oil change increased by $30 & no one mentioned it until I said something at checkout.The girl doing the check out had no idea how read the paperwork and had to call a service guy back over to interpret it.Complete waste of time.In response, I specifically asked for them to not rotate my tires bc I just had snow tires put on.Also when I called and made the appointment I specifically asked how long the appointment would take and they informed me 1hour.The entire process was mismanaged.

Mt. Kisco Cadillac turned a bad situation around for me. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 with a brand new battery from an Audi dealer-first mistake. The battery started consistently dying, and it needed to be jumped at least 10 times in the last 6 months. Finally the problem got so bad it was dying in 12 hours. We brought it to Mt. Kisco Cadillac, diagnostics were run and it was found that the battery was not only the wrong one for the car, it was defective. Mt. Kisco took care of it quickly and the service was wonderful. Thank you for the peace of mind!

Dennis who runs the Cadillac Service Department is the BEST! He is extremely polite, thorough and patient. His customer service and communication skills are superlative. He is a big part of the reason I will purchase another Cadillac when it comes time to replace my Escalade. Thank you for helping me and making the experience as positive as possible!!!
