I’ve been through many exercise programs, coaching, and I enjoyed them all. I find PB to be the best of everything: strength, cardio, balance, flexibility. And I love the MtK studio in particular - they get to know you, clients are friendly and you feel welcomed.

So glad I used the free trial class! The studio is clean, friendly, welcoming, and the staff if super helpful! I've only been to two classes, but plan on incorporating this into my workout routine. Highly recommend checking it out!

Lauren is a wonderful teacher. I took the foundations class and she really helped me do the techniques perfectly. It was a small class and very personal. I felt special and well taken care of.
