I went in for an estimate quote for two cracks on my windshield. Which I did not get!Chrissy reassured me that getting a “glass filler wouldn’t work” she suggested I do a claim with my insurance which I was trying to avoid.I took my 2024 bmw someplace else in CT where they FIXED my windshield in 20 mins for FREE! I gave the guy $300 for an amazing job! ?Clearly satellite will try their best to go through their customers insurance to order a cheap windshield and charge your insurance double.I’m glad I found another alternative.Thank you Chrissy and FYI two cracks overlaying close to one another can be fixable with glass filler. Your causing your team a great loss of $

When Safelite replaced my windshield (keep in mind from a minor crack), broken glass all over the dash when they were done. Inspection sticker missing. Genuinely shocked. I was expecting professionalism. I’m sure I’ll get a “I’m sorry” message. Not good enough.

I originally reached out to Safelite Auto Glass to have my windshield replaced. It was done on Tuesday 12/19. The glass recracked on 12/22. Safelite made me bring up the vehicle again so they could make sure it was manufacturers defect which it was. I was not told I was getting an aftermarket windshield which they charged my insurance company 1200. I called Lexus and one directly from them is 871 plus tax. I was told they could put in a warranty claim but could not inquire about getting an oem windshield because the manager is on vacation until the new year.I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well on this establishment .

Horrible customer service. Safelite cancelled our appt last week a half an hour before they were suppose to come fix our window etc. They had no regard that we were concerned with the rain storm that was approaching this past weekend. Total apathy. But guess what? We had Glassic Solutions Auto Glass come to the rescue!!! They fixed our window / regulator this past Saturday before the storm hit. Jordan and his team fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend that if you have Geico Auto Ins ..tell them not to engage Safelite. Geico covered the bill for Glassic and everything turned out great !!! Stay away from Safelite at all cost !!!!!

Devonte was great and this is no reflection on him. That was only only good experience I had with the company and store. I got my windshield replaced on JUNE 28th (remember the day). They came to my house while I was at work and replaced my windshield. When I got home and inspected my car I saw the windshield wiper cowl was broken. I was not mad I get it mistakes happen. Called them and scheduled a person to come replace it via warranty. They sent a person the next week to and they tried to fix it (not what I was told) I went home and saw the piece was glued and not replaced. Called again and they scheduled a visit to the white plains store. Went Aug 3rd to the white plains store where they inspected the damage and said they needed to order parts. I was told it should not be more than a week or 2. I called in 2 or 3 weeks asking for an update. I was told parts are on back order and I would be called to schedule a visit as soon as they come in. I waited another 2 weeks and called again and same line back order parts still waiting. Now we are in mid SEPTEMBER and i spoke with the store manager of the white plains store directly. He told me the Mt Kisco store had to order my parts as that is where the tech who came to my house was from. So I was waiting for MONTHS for back order parts that were never ordered. SEPTEMBER 23rd I was finally contacted by Brian the Mt Kisco store manager who said my parts were ordered and should be in within 10 business days. I was only contacted because I had the customer care team email him and his district manager Jennifer to ask what the hold up was. Finally on OCTOBER 9th was my car fixed. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SAFELITE AGAIN. I WAS DEALING WITH THEIR SCREW UP FOR 103 DAYS!!!!! 103 DAYS!!!!. Do yourself a favor and do not go to Safelite and if you have to for some reason avoid this store like its Covid..... Edit They did not replace the windshield wiper cowl nuts that secure it in place. So we will see if I ever get those.

This is for the Mt. Kisco location. I called to ask a question and the lady who answered accused me of making multiple work orders. Only thing I did was make an appointment online. I was only calling to ask if the windshield was original or aftermarket. But she insisted on accusing me. I explained to her that I only made one appointment online but with an attitude she said she can see everything and if I was there she would prove it but is not going to get into it with me. How shes not going to get into with me after already getting into it with me. She must've accused me like 5 times and completely ignored my actual question. What's the point of all that? I called to ask a question, not to get yelled at for something I didnt do. If I said I made an appointment online then that's all I did. If the system created multiple work orders that's not on me. Answer my question and leave me alone. So I cancelled and went to the white plains location that has way better customer service.

Through GEICO, this place was recommended. This shop in Mt. Kisco has cancelled on me three times! This time was even more special as they cancelled an hour before I was supposed to be there. Calling GEICO to find if there is another place to go that has their stuff together. Amazing !

Went to this location August 2022 the receptionist told me that their system was not working so I couldn’t use my debit or credit card so I got cash, paid the bill entirely in cash and received invoices beginning in April of 2023 and phone calls from the company for the payment that I already paid for on the day of service. They also sent the invoice to collections. Still waiting for the company to find my paid invoice in their system. Odd that they don’t have a record of the payment. If you go to this location do not pay in cash or keep your receipt for a year! They are not trustworthy

Requested a replacement winshield through my insurance company USAA.They referred me to their provider of choice Safelite. I am totally satisfied with this decision and the service I received. I chose to take it to the Mt. Kisco location for an 8am appointment. I was taken in at once and in an hour my car was done - professionally and without any drama.Completely professional in every way, friendly and an overall 100% positive experience.Thank you Safelite!

Where is the zero stars option? I was ghosted by Safelite Auto Glass. Dont worry my insurance company said. You have a little crack in your windshield? We will send them to you!!! Ok cool. Thanks geico! Had an appt. from 12-5 and after waiting for 5 hours, the guy never showed and dodged my phone calls. If you feel like rescheduling and wasting your entire summer afternoon for people who dont show up and dont call, swipe someone who is either a 10 on tinder or give your business to these guys.

Awesome, thorough service. They took the time to explain to me in detail what the process was for repairing my windshield. They were super flexible -- I had to reschedule a few times -- and were just so easy to work with.
