A fun place for kids. Two things that could improve the experience regarding safety :1. have a designated tot time for kids 6 and under from 10-11 or 12. The mix of toddlers and big kids is dangerous on the trampolines despite the vigilance of the bounce trampolines.2. Have an exit system that keeps toddlers in, like Billy Beez or Pizzazzles for safety

I had my son’s birthday party there and it worry free. Michelle our host was informative, helpful and very pleasant. She took care of everything and I just had time to send with the birthday boy.Thank you Sky Zone for a memorable birthday.

Not worth the money. Entrance blocked and you can’t figure out how to get in. Employees yelling at my kids for not having branded socks (we brought socks from another jump place). Had to buy branded socks. Never had issues before.

I took my 1.5 year old child to Sky Zone on a Sunday. It was packed, which I cannot blame them for. I was jumping with my son holding his hands and barely jumping but was told "double bouncing" isn't allowed. I asked for clarification that I wasn't allowed to hold my son's hands and jump and was told that was double bouncing and if he needed his hands held I could stand on the side or stand still on the trampoline. Before going back into the jumping area, I spoke to a manager (?) at the front desk. She said yes, that is double bouncing. I asked why I wasn't made aware that I couldn't jump with my son when I bought my ticket when it is obvious he isn't big enough to do it himself, not to mention how many big kids were everywhere, and I was told that it is on the signage "everywhere". I asked if she could show my where it was posted and was told "I don't have time to go through the rules with you". Ultimately she gave me a refund but I will not be returning and will make sure all the families with children my son's age know about my experience.

Mount Kisco one is NOT as pictured. It’s just the old Rock & Jump with a new logo- Not a real SkyZone location. Don’t let the photos fool you!

The kids had a great time. I was disappointed that for the price not all the activities were open.

Sky zone is great the kids love it. The staff is amazing my only issue are the parents that come and don’t check or correct their kids. There are parents who sit and ignore their child then get upset and catch a nasty attitude with the staff that is trying to keep everyone safe. It’s disgusting how entitled some people feel. I will Continue to come and speak up for my kids and correct any child that is harming themselves for breaking the rules or other kids. ? keep up the good work sky zone staff you guys rock

Recently Stumbled across this sky zone in Mount Kisko and I must say I was not impressed. I've been to SkyZone plenty of times and at various locations but this location was not it! Super small, some attractions were closed and not many of them! Unfortunately, the location was so overly packed with camp kids that some kids couldn't even play nor enjoy any of the attractions. Overall, between the stale food and the lack of order / structure, I'm not sure if the price is worth it.

I hate writing bad reviews but the trampolines were inconsistent in tension. There were not enough blacklights in this facility to safely conduct the Glow event. We were forced to pay extra for shirts even tough it wasn't stated in the website. Website states and charges $29 per ticket but we're charged an extra $20 for the shirt and socks. It was too dark to even see our florescent shirts. Although the staff was very kind, they were not actively watching and enforcing rules to small children for decent chunks of the night. Maybe it was an understaffing issue? Small children were running behind us adults while we were trying to jump and flip. Small children were also allowed to roam and jump freely into foampits without order and supervision. I've been coming to this place on and off since 2016 and I never had this bad of an experience until now. I'm highly disappointed and would request a refund if I could.

When you walk in, you will be asked 3 different ways if you want to become a member after saying no many times. After paying $36 per child, I had 3 with me (admission + socks) I was told not all attractions were open. The areas that were open did not have proper supervision except for the dodge ball area and regular jumping area. A very high price for a subpar experience. I do not recommend.

Very limited activities/ areas geared toward toddlers. Camp came with large children/teens and they roamed wild through the entire facility with little supervision or care that younger children whose parents paid were there. Using foul language and being unsafe towards younger children. Check in takes too long, toddlers are impatient. More staff needed at check in. There was 1 person when we arrived. Took almost 30 minutes to check in. No ramp for strollers, had to use a small elevator one at a time that an employee operates.
