Rich and Anthony did a great job! They patiently explained everything clearly. They were efficient and thorough. After the data transfer from my old phone to the new one, they went beyond the call of duty and helped me get acquainted with the new phone. I highly recommend this T-mobile store.

Be 100% to check your order and receipt before you leave the store. I added a line and was told the Revvl phone was free which was 100% wrong and now I'm stuck paying $230 for the biggest piece of junk around because the sales person misled me.

My experience on my two visits was poor.I came in to take advantage of the promotion being offered. The trade in on my phone was $120, Apple offered me $200 when I had visited them a few weeks before, I should have driven back to the Apple Store! This was my first indication that I should have steered clear.After the manager attempted to upsell me expensive accessories he also added the T mobile insurance rather than apple care which is three dollars more a month.Unfortunately, I had trouble with the actual phone, after three calls to apple and an engineering review, they aid that since I was still within my return period, I should return it and get a new phone. I brought it back, but the store did not have the same model phone. The real kicker was that I was no longer eligible for the promotion since I didn’t have a trade in. Well, they took my trade in and now would not credit it back to me. They insisted that this was T Mobile policy that all trade ins are final. One quick call to T mobile proved them to be liars, as they did refund me the $120 (for an iPhone 11 in excellent condition).Eventually we ended up in a t mobile store in white plains where they had excellent customer service.

I feel that the Apple Store experienc, where I could have gotten the same promotion, had I known, is better as there is no upselling and everything is explained clearly.

Way too expensive nothing to show for it it's disgusting $80 a month for service and hundreds of dollars for equipment makes no sense I switched to mint mobile for $15 a month that's it no absurd price you will go broke paying for T-Mobile

rich, who was my rep there at a july 15th 2023 visit (after a long day ),was so helpful and knowledgeable and free (to show me how to even change sim cards) My gosh was he expedient and smiling too..so thanks rich ,,,i appreciate this kind of interaction in a world of hurry and rude .you were the complete opposite rich ,even though you worked a long day already,,he should deserve honorary degree in helpful !!!thanks richard , i believe his name was /is...i am a mount kisco resident and only visited store once before...i will go back and recommend this store and how clean and convenient a location too !!

Typicall Tmobile cell phone store, but a very positive experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. My upgrade went without a hitch, and it didn't take much time at all. I really appreciated that!

I took my father to start a new service with T-Mobile. My father is elderly and came with a lot of questions. Richard was amazing and patience. He took time to explain things to my father and understood his concerns and was extremely thorough. I will be back to transfer my service soon due to his incredible customer service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They took their time helping me with upgrading my phone. The only other t-mobile is in white plains so I'm glad there is one with great customer service closer to me.

I had cash in hand ready to pay $1000 for a Phone for my prepaid line, I Am using T-Mobile for a while, I don't like contracts and this store said that they don't have any phones to sell me because I had a prepaid line. As a business owner myself I would never let a customer walk out the door like that. Not good.
