Target is one of the few stores that I actually shop in.

18 registers. Two open. Do something useful with the wasted space rather than having the lines congest the entire aisle

Had a lovely experience this Sat. At the Mt Kisco Target. Clean store, plenty of help, parking is good and the other customers are nice.

They got to have the most unorganized line system of all targets. Tons of cashiers, if you’re lucky you will find 2 working.Self check out lines are always out of control.Store is in a constant mess and low on stock.

I love Target but this Target leaves a lot to be desired. They never have anything in stock especially in the home decor section. Especially frustrating because online it says the item is in stock then you go there and it’s not. Also it’s located in what I would call an affluent area you’d think the employees would be nicer yet they all seem tired annoyed and uninterested in helping you find anything or answering questions! I’m not going back there.

This is by far the worst location I have ever been in my life, I came to buy a coffee machine based on the fact that this is one of the location that have it in stock.. My friends got the same i coffee machine this morning., it had a big discount if you buy it online and pick it up in different location, I try to speak to the manager to see if there is anything that they can do to help me they give me the one 800 number that doesn’t work. Ignore me, I had to drive 50 minutes in traffic to go to another location to buy the same products. You better check this location it’s awful.

This target has been my go to store for years, I’ve spent thousands of dollars here .Today this black guy with a beard was like fixing the stuff was so rude to my family that we immediately left because my sister in law started crying. Please hire workers with more manners and people that won’t hate their job next time. It’s not my families fault you are working .

My review is for Target Mobile and particularly for a young man named Michael who helped me choose and set up my prepaid phone. He was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Average Target. Certainly not the 'worst' as others claim. While I respect other reviewers' experiences and opinions, whenever I see comments like that I just roll my eyes - trust me, I've been to actual toilet Target locations and in different states to know the difference between a decent Target and a bad one - this one is wonderful compared to some of the garbage locations I've been to. Go to some of them and then say that this one is the 'worst' location - but you won't, because once there, you'll be begging for this Target again. This is an average location - not particularly wonderful, but certainly not terrible. If you frequent Targets enough, you'll know the general layout and stock (with some differences) and it's basically the same here. Some areas needed to be stocked, but it was generally decent and clean. It usually comes down to employees - and while I've seen way worse at other Target locations, most of the ones that I saw here weren't impressive either and maybe 2-3 that I saw probably should be unemployed. There were long lines and very few open registers, so naturally the self checkouts began to accumulate a line, some of which had full carts. As another reviewer stated, self checkouts should be 10 items or less. There should also be an IQ requirement to use self checkouts (but that is everywhere that has them). While I don't expect Target to ever make IQ requirements, at least have more registers open (bigger register space as well) along with making self checkouts become express. There was one employee in the self checkouts and due to the lack of general customer intelligence using self checkouts, he was all over the place but kept his composure. I needed him because for some reason something I scanned wasn't in the system, which was strange on its own. But I can definitely understand what this poor guy was going through. The parking lot is plentiful as far as spots go, but it's poorly designed and I can see it being a headache during a busy time. One of only four Targets in Westchester County currently, so for some I can see how coming here might be a drag, but it's already better than two of them (haven't been to Port Chester in a while) at least - but for upper Westchester residents, this is the only option unless you feel like taking a long drive, go over a bridge, or go to another state.Overall an average Target - far from the 'worst' I've been to. If you go to Targets in general, then you know what to expect here - from terrible employees to the stock and prices. Keep expectations realistic (this IS only Target after all), bring some patience, and you'll be fine.

Went to this location three times to look for a new album. I couldn't find it anywhere even though it said it was stocked online. I went to Guest Services for help. The staff members were rude to me and they repeatedly told me it was on the floor. I asked if they could show me where it was located and they said no. Thankfully, there was an employee in the tech department when I went back. When we couldn't find it on the display, Brandon went in the backroom to find me a copy. They even grabbed the album version I wanted!! I was very thankful and excited!! I really appreciated their help!!!!!

Honestly Target is ran by clowns. They should be the one with the red nose days. They forced Liberal policies and when they fail they try to back pedal. Now this one has like 10 security guards stopping random people who buy items. You legally do not need to show them your reciept and I hope you people dont. They can not detain you if they do sue them. Company has ended up a complete joke. Is it so hard to to Welcome all people, push no agenda and just encourage people to be decent citizens. Done with Target.

This location has major flaws in its cleanliness, leadership, security, and unstable prices. I constantly have to watch the screen at checkout because the sale prices for items are often cheaper on the shelf or online than the actual price upfront. The store is almost always crowded. At night forget about it, there is usually only 1 or 2 cashiers and several of their employees standing around the self checkouts talking. And not to mention the DISGUSTING bathrooms! Sometimes its smells so bad that you don't want to use it, with waste and toilet paper sometimes all over the toilets, stalls and floor. This is a safety concern! Half of the time there is no security guard to ensure the safety of us customers. Terrible customer service. I have had a situation at self checkout where I tried to remove an item and was met with a rude attitude from a man with glasses Chris. The store has a Pizza Hut sitting around that goes unused...so many problems with this location. Do better, Target!

Thank you to the beautiful black woman who helps guide people to the self checkout and cashiers. She defended me from an ENTITLED and DISGUSTING customer. This customer put the cashier and myself in an uncomfortable position. Felt sorry for that customers daughter. She looked so embarrassed by her mom.
