The Subaru Service Department is a local band of valet joy riders, that enjoy taking customers cars off the lot and to the streets! Its unbelievable that this is allowed to happen to honest and hard working americans vehicles. My 2019 Subaru STI was brought in for a simple oil change, instead I received a destroyed tire and damaged wheel. GREAT WORK!!!! Far from premier, this is substandard!

This is a very honest and genuine car dealership. Ed Grayon, the salesmen that helped me with the purchase of my Mazda, was always very sincere and transparent about everything. He explained and clarified things patiently and was never pushy, which really makes the whole car purchasing experience a hundred times more pleasant. He's such a down to earth kind of guy and although I was a huge skeptic while shopping around for a new car, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I was able to let down my guard relative quickly. I 100% and without any reservations would recommend this dealership to anyone and would most definitely purchase from here again. Thanks Ed!

Ah yes…shopping for a vehicle. My current lease was coming to successful end, and I wanted to upgrade so I had a list. After driving all of the vehicles I was interested in, I noticed a common flaw…they were all “numbâ€. Don't get me wrong, they were all nice, it's just that I spend A LOT of time in a vehicle and wanted something “spiritedâ€, yet luxury refined. Then I drove a Levante…HOOKED! MELANIE SULLIVAN THE VOLVO SERVICE MANAGER IN DANBURY CT IS HORRIFIC! FIRSTLY, THIS "MANAGER" WOULD NOT LET ME GET A WORD IN EDGEWISE. WAS AWFUL AGGRESSIVE IN TONE AND NATURE. IN A CONVERSATION OF A MIRIAD OF AGGRAVATED UNDERTONES COMING FROM HER END I HAD TO FINALIZE THE CONVERSATION BY REQUESTING HER HAVE SOMEONE MUCH MORE AMIABLE CONTACT ME BACK REGARDING MY ISSUES. I WILL WAIT ON IT AND KEEP YOU POSTED! THIS IS A MOCKERY OF VOLVO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STANDARDS! MY LAST EXPERIENCE WITH MICHAEL CERONE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS SPECTACULAR!
