Great on selling there asurion plan, however when it came to customer service they dropped the ball. Rarely answer the phone, ever returned any of my messages. Did not call when service was completed.
Confused my order with someone else and tried to give me another computer charger.

Terrible, it is 10:40 and they still are not open. My self and 7 other guest outside have been told to come in at 9am and this is ridiculous. I live 45 minutes away and I do not have the time to come back on a non guaranteed time and do this again. Terrible service

i have to change my review, i signed up for a plan / membership to clean my PC they held my PC for 8 days and when i picked it up it never got cleaned the dust was still everywhere and when i asked i was told they don’t clean the fan modules because its plastic and can break. I said what did you do then? He said we wiped out any unnecessary and useless stuff that made the PC run slower. i’m extremely unhappy it was held for so long and never got cleaned.

Absolutely recommend!!! My iPhone Xs crashed after an update. I checked with multiple places that told me there was no hope and my only option was to pay hundreds to thousands of dollars to recover my data (photos and notes). As a final check, I decided to ask uBreakiFix what they can do. $75 dollars later (diagnostic plus labor), my phone was back on. I was able to recover my precious photos!!! They were patient, always kept me updated and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed for my phone. Excellent all the way.

I have never dealt with such unprofessional, inept and non-responsive technicians before, as are the staff in Mt.Kisco. I brought in my laptop, paid for a diagnostic and they “fixed” my laptop. I took it on a 10 day cruise the next day. It was Not Fixed, it was still unusable…I brought it back and they were very non-chalant and claimed it was working. I put it on…it was jumping and you could not type anything since the laptop filled the search engine with asterisks and lines. They took it back. After 11 days and numerous phone calls from me (which they did not respond to) I finally rescheduled a tech…they know what’s wrong with it for days but never called me. I got my laptop back and am so upset that I paid anything for totally shoddy and incompetent work and worse customer service. Now I will get a referral before I bring it elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM MT KISCO Ifixit. Mindy.
