Went to print some flyers. The worker told me she could cut them for me. Half way through the store owner came in and informed her it’s a $20 fee for cutting. I wouldn’t have asked them to cut it if I knew that ahead of time. Seeing as half of them were already cut I wanted them to finish cutting them but asked them to waive the fee. They refused. Instead offered to reprint all of the flyers - waste of trees! Reluctantly ended up paying the fee. Very disappointed with this experience. Won’t be going back.

Gina is a superstar. She was thoughtful and patient. I explained what I needed to accomplish from a filing date perspective and she recommended the optimal solution. Frankly put, if I was looking to hire someone into a role that involved problem solving and/or customer service, Gina would be at the front of the line.

I use this UPS Store all the time. They are great there, always making it easy to send my packages to friends and relatives. When it is particularly crowded, they have multiple people on hand to handle the customers. Gina is very good, always pleasant, fast, and efficient.

This morning, I had the most pleasant experience at UPS. It is very rare to find true customer service these days. But Gina went above and beyond, noticing my package wasn't secured properly, allowing me to add a card to the box, then retaping securely. She paid attention to detail and made sure all addresses and phone numbers were correct and was kind and caring in the process. I will go out of my way to use this UPS Store for my shipping needs going forward. Thank you, Gina, for brightening my day!
