I have been a loyal customer of Stop and Shop for years now. I have placed numerous home delivery orders. However the last two home delivery orders that I placed never arrived! I was never informed that there was any problem or the driver was running late. The first time the delivery never arrived, I had to be transferred to so many people and departments to find out that instacart was given my order to handle. instacart said the driver called them and said he couldn't find my address!! Instacart proceeded to cancel the order without telling anyone!! The second time when my order wasn't delivered within the time slot. I called Stop and Shop. I was placed on hold for long time. when a representative finally answered the phone. I was told once again Instacart had the order and the driver was still running late. They wanted to know if I could reschedule my order for the next day!! I had placed the order for today's deliver and wasn't going to get another rib around. I cancelled the order and this time insisted on proof of a credit which they ignored from the previous cancellation! I would never recommend them anymore. Di yourself a favor place your home delivery orders with Fresd Direct instead.

They advertise as being open until 11pm but they are not. They close at 9pm - or earlier - depending on who is working that night. Customer service is not customer oriented. I stopped shopping here months ago but decided to try them again because its a convenient location. It's not worth it - they're very expensive and the staff is not very accommodating or pleasant. It's disappointing every time. It's a big clean store but thats about all I can say on a positive note. ShopRite - down the road - is a bit tired looking but their prices are much better and staff is very nice and always extremely helpful.

This is my favorite grocery store! Staff is very kind and and helpful. My favorite thing about this specific location is how fresh the produce always is. Recently at a lot of other grocery stores it has been a hassle to find fresh produce and I often leave empty handed but here, that is never the case. Baked goods are always fresh and they have a large selection of fresh seafood and meat. Best store around by far!

Just another grocery store. On the Sunday afternoon we visited, we found almost everything we wanted. Some of the chocolate bars (specialty) were out of stock or very limited. Also, the self-checkout machines are abysmal.

This is a very big stop and shop. I really like the parking area and the fact is close to target and other shopping areas in mount kisco. Also the employees are nice and helpful. I always find what I am looking for and the lines are usually fast. The staff knows where to find what you are looking for and they are always so nice.

This store has the worst customer service (not the desk) but the managers are beyond rude. I have never been so humiliated in life in front of customers. They didn't even what to try to work out the problem.... it was "just leave" from them. **edited, I called customer service on June 7th and was told that a district manager would be calling..... June 17th and still waiting! So my guess that it doesn't matter that much to them**

Extremely poor customer service. Refusing to honor electronic coupons. Not understanding basic customer requests. Manager refuses to honor sales!!! Have you tried ShopRite only 2 minutes away? It's a MUCH BETTER experience!

OMG!!!!! AMAZING!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! WOW!!!! So I just moved to Greenwich from Avon, CT but shoped at a Simsbury, CT Stop & Shop. Where do I begin???? Well, I thought our Stop & Shop in Simsbury, CT was nice, so I wanted to have similar experience shopping here. I went to the S&S in Greenwich and thought the place was ok but it was simply too small for me. I need a one stop shop with variety and larger selection. This Stop& Shop IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! They have things that my store had but better, the sandwiches are delicious, and pizza looks great (next time). Great selection of ready food for those lazy days, or to feed guys when we have projects being done. There are so many international products, wide and long isles making it easy to get around. I had to keep my shopping small as we are waiting for the new fridge to arrive 11/23 but I told my daughter, wait to see this store it will blow your mind! Staff was also very friendly, the butcher and I talked about the meats as I was deciding between two different cuts. This is my Store! My Stop & Shop.

COLUMBA at self checkout is the worst! She needs to stop glaring and yelling at people in line. Going to the grocery store during a pandemic is stressful already. She is making it so much worse.

Cero starts. I can't believe it , in this pandemic stop and shops never has a person desinfecting the shopping cars. don't even have wipers to clean the baskets or shopping cars. If you go to whole foods or target they always have a person cleaning or special stand for wipers. What's wrong with this company it really cost thousands or millions dollars to pay someone or to buy wipers? Please do something about it.

This is a very nice Stop & Shop. The store is clean and well lit. It's well stocked and carries a huge selection of products. The layout is different than other Stop & Shop locations since the store used to be an A&P, but the store still has all the basics of a Stop & Shop and more. The floral department is excellent! They have some very nice, pretty flowers and plants. They also have some cute seasonal decorations. The bakery is also excellent! They've got a huge variety of baked goods that all looked fresh and appealing. The cakes were all decorated very nicely. The salad bar looked great with a wide variety of fresh veggies. The deli was good with friendly staff. This location has tons of prepared sandwiches, and they can make sandwiches to go as you'd like. The sandwiches made to go looked very fresh and tasty. The prepared chicken was all hot and fresh. Salads in the deli cases looked fresh as well. This location also has way more Boar's Head products than other locations with a huge variety. There was also a great selection of cheeses. The bakery, deli, and prepared foods are on the left side of the store. The produce, floral, seafood are located on the right side, near the main entrance. The produce was good here. Bananas, strawberries, and lettuce looked fresh and produce was well stocked. The fish looked fresh here with a good selection. The meats looked pretty good. The organic section here is huge, spanning multiple aisles, and everything was well stocked. The staff at this location were all friendly and helpful. I saw the store manager walking around once as well. My only issue is the front entrance could be a bit better kept. There's a bit of litter scattered around inside where the carts are, and outside near the doors. Since it used to be an A&P, the freezers are older and some of them leak, but most work fine. I have found a few expired items here, so I would check the dates on items. They're usually pretty good about rotating stock, but sometimes they might miss an item accidentally. Overall, this is a great Stop & Shop. It's definitely one of the more upscale stores in the chain, with the large amount of Boar's Head items, large selection of prepared foods, and large organic section. In my opinion, this is the better supermarket in the local area. 4 stars for the Mount Kisco Stop & Shop.

I moved to Mount Kisco two years ago and I loved this stop and shop. Over the pass couple of months I noticed every weekend no matter what time I had gone there have been no meat choices. This makes me frustrated and now have to find a new supermarket to buy meats making it inconvenient for myself.

Great place to shop at a good price for quality groceries, seafood, and meats. Place is clean and much better then shop wrong up the road. This joint has better deli and a hot bar wings etc. plus a better beer selection. Not a fan of the scan and pay aption. This by far is the cleanest of grocers!
