So it just happened again !!! My daughter just went to return 2 dresses and was told that she could not return them because the fine print on the bottom of the receipt said they were seasonal and could not be returned. How ever the sales person told her that she could return them when she purchased them. What ever happened to the customer being right ! We now have 3 Whim dresses with the tags on them that can not be returned.

I was helped by a young woman named Layla, and her customer service skills were PHENOMENAL! She helped me pick out a STUNNING Suzette tank in size S/M and I’ve never felt better! Thank you miss Layla and the Whim team!

Very cute clothes! I purchased a dress for a bridal shower I'm attending soon. I love all of their clothes but the staff needs to get it together. When I walked into the store I was not greeted, only to see a bunch of teenagers running this place hiding in the back trying on clothes. I was about to try on the dress I had picked out and was told I needed to wait because one teenage employee was trying on jeans in 1 of their 2 occupied fitting rooms. Do better, employees should not be trying on clothes for themselves during business hours when customers need to use the fitting room. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to make sure the employees are acting appropriately during their shifts.

staff is rude....when I walked in the girl at the counter just gave me a weird look, then greeted the next customer with no problem. I've been in maybe 3 times and I always feel uncomfortable and unwelcome so I will not be back. Feels like you're stepping into a sorority house rather than a clothing store.

Customer service is absolutely horrendous.. you walk in to the store to find no one greeting/helping you. I pick up a dress to find half the buttons undone and clothes inside out. If you want a better boutique go to vanilla sky or ruby and Jenna have the same clothes but better customer service.

Whim is the best go to place to shop for your fabulous outfit for the night out or just shop with the girls. You will for sure find something cute. Owner is also sweet and so are the girls that work at whim

I’ve been shopping here a bunch of times and I’m so glad to have it in town. It’s so Refreshing to have a trendy store with COMFORTABLE pieces mixed in with fashionable and dressy pieces, all at affordable prices. You don’t find that anywhere here in Northern Westchester. You need a trendy sweatshirt? go here. You need a really cute funky sweater? go here. You want workout leggings that look cool? go here. You want a fun handbag? you get it... Yes, some of the items are more suited for teens, but I’m a mom of 3 and 40 years old, and I still love this place. They also have great accessories, bags, glasses, jewelry, and shoes. I ordered something online the other day and I made a mistake on the shipping address. I emailed customer service and was responded to immediately. They had my items ready the very next morning in the store, so I could pick them up and avoid the shipping mistake and having to wait. It was wonderful. People need to chill with the negative reviews with no clear examples of why they were “treated badly”. We have Nothing like this in any surrounding town at these price points. Please support local and check this place out or Main Street will be empty before you know it.

I have shopped at this store many times, but today they blew me away with excellent customer service very much deserving of a five star review. I was walking my dog Charley in town when I passed by, remembering I had been wanting to go in and grab a set they had in the window. Not knowing if they would allow me in with my pup, I stood at the front of the store and asked permission to come in. I was treated so kindly, as an employee responded "Yes, come on in we are dog friendly, how can I help you?" She was SUPER helpful, getting the set I wanted so I didn't have to go looking through the store. I really appreciated the kind customer service, and so did Charley... she didn't want to leave!

The owner of this store was so rude to me and my friend and I went in to buy clothing. She was disrespectful to us as customers and made us feel super uncomfortable. I believe she treated us badly because of our age and if we were older she would have been more respectful. I will never buy from this story and really recommend spending your money elsewhere.
