I have been using this store for years and the team has been consistently great. Was just in the other day and Mike could not have been more helpful getting us a replacement/upgraded phone for my daughter. Knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work guys!

I'm done coming to this branch. They couldn't figure out that my Verizon account had the "receiving text trigger" was turned off, leaving me unable to receive texts and have difficulty at work because of them. A verizon associate must have turned it off because I don't mess with those settings. Then, I go to upgrade my stepfather's phone and they give a S23 Ultra with a dead pixel on the screen. When I go there to exchange they tell me to call the warranty department because the store will charge me a restock fee. Seriously?? You gave me a defective phone! When I call, I had to pay 100.50 to get a replacement and to call back by next Friday to get that credit back. I've been having to go Verizon for 5 days straight to fix so many issues. I'm getting so fed up with this company. I love the signal and internet but I'm seriously consider disconnecting everything and going to AT&T and back to Optimum.

Michael b and Ryan at Verizon store in Bedford, New York. We're excellent to solve my problem, they are very special. Thank God someone knows what to do. Because when I called on the phone and had someone in another country. They didn't know what to do. Thank God for Michael and Ryan, thank you.

I was in the Bedford hills store today and worked with an associate by the name of Michal B - Nicest most professional employee I have ever worked with. I had three issues and he spent over an hour helping rectify each one - He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable and put me at ease . There were 2 other employees there as well who were also very professional. The entire staff was apparently very well trained especially in customer service ! Thanks so Michael !

Caution not a real Verizon store. The staff's ability to solve problems only makes things worse. Older customers should avoid. I am escalating to Verizon Corporate due to overcharges, duplicate, charges, inability to solve technical problems, and overall damage to an elderly person'a confidence. Shame on you! One star because i cant leave zerp

I accompanied my elderly parents to sign up for their very first smartphones. "Nick" helped us and was SOOOO patient. He went the extra mile to assure my parents they could call or stop in any time for technical support. He spent 90 MINUTES with us, as calm and understanding as he could be. No upselling or any fast-talking sales pitch either. As far as I'm concerned the store is a boon to the Chappaqua community. Great location in the new Chappaqua Crossing shopping center.

This place absolutely sucks. They have immature people running it now and totally unhelpful. I walked in one day seeing what my iPhone 6 would net me in a trade in and they said 75 bucks. I told them Apple is giving me $100 they had no answer as to why the discrepancy just shrugged it off as to say so go there. This place is only interested in selling you their products for the high end prices they charge its a total joke. They are unhelpful here. So whoever is looking for a new phone save yourself the trouble and buy straight from Apple!!! You will save yourselves a lot of headaches and frustration as well as more money!
