She was able to drive her vehicle to Scorsone's Service Center (right near the college) and leave the vehicle & key drop-off with some quick notes. They had the vehicle ready for pickup the very next day after the holiday weekend. She had never had to visit Scorsone's prior to this, but they were so kind to get her on their schedule to fix the leak in her tire within one day. “Sunday on a rental car from Enterprise, I blew a rear tire on the road. The only tire shop that was open was this one. When I arrived the guys told me they were an authorized Enterprise service. The manager Ryan Smart and Randy the technician, did just a great job and were helpful. It took them an hour and a half to call Enterprise to get confirmation for a tire replacement, my tire was not repairable and I had to go back to NYC.
