“Around 10 years ago I walked into this Metro... At first I was so impressed as I was standing in line, watching Arti take each customer so sweet and friendly. I watched her speak multiple languages to accommodate each customer. I've purchased multiple phones over the years from this location. 1 thing is for sure, Arti will never let you leave without making sure that your phone is completely protected. There is no sales pitch or anything of the sort. I've seen so many stores come and go. Not this one. I moved 40 minutes away from this location. I could've easily went to the Metro up the road but no... I chose to drive to this Metro for my new phone today. Quality over convenience and as expected, nothing but the best.”

“I am not one to leave a review on anything I purchase, visit, or go to. I had to make this one because of the excellent customer service I received from Marie. I was blown away by how helpful she was.
Being in the construction industry for over 30 years I have not paid any attention to the new technology of my phone. I can tell you about concrete, asphalt, drainage at commercial buildings but I can’t tell you anything about search engines, widgets, and absolutely nothing about the iCloud.
I had no idea what plan I had or what great deal I was entitled to for years that I have been a customer of Metro PCS and no one else from another store I was dealing with never took a look or explained anything to me about my plan. Marie explained everything and I walked out of there with a phone and a beautiful tablet for 50 dollars and no extra line charge and my unlimited plan is still exactly the same payment that it has been for years.
I live about 30 minutes away from the Selden store and probably passed 3 or 4 metro stores and I will keep doing that because of Maries fantastic customer service. The fact that she is absolutely beautiful is just a added bonus. Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it and will recommend everyone to go there to independent plaza and ask for Marie.”

“Great customer service Pete went above and beyond to get my phones taken care and was extremely helpful. Had a minor issue with one of my numbers not porting over correctly from another mobile service provider and Denis the store manager helped me the following day with ease and excellent customer service. Great store, great staff, great service both customer service and so far very happy with T-Mobiles cell service coming from VZ for over 20plus years and don't regret the switch what so ever. Saving a ton of money too btw and there promotional offers are always changing in a good way. Keep up the great work would recommend anyone looking to switch carriers or just have an overall great phone store experience I would highly recommend this location to anyone. “If I could give 10 stars I would. My contractor dropped my fan (24 feet) when installing it and Glenn, Rob and the rest of the staff went out of their way to get new parts for me. They were pleasant, caring and so helpful to me and my contractor. My fan is up, it looks beautiful and works perfectly. What a pleasure to do business there. Not to mention the amazing lighting fixtures and ceiling fans they have. I absolutely recommend shopping there.”

“When I’m riding my bike, I sometimes stop by to get a slurpee. Great flavors, everything is always in stock, and the people at the registers are always nice and are free to have a conversation. I am especially grateful to the workers when I am short money and they cover it. Thank you so much for a great experience and much more. I also do not know why people talk about a “red wig” haired lady. Out of all the times I’ve been there, I’ve never seen a red wigged lady. Only nice people working there and one lady always having conversations with me.”

“One of the better 7-Elevens in Middle Island. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean. Not a lot of the other issues that you have with other 7-Elevens and the Selden Coram Middle Island area. Typically well stocked, coffee never tastes burnt. At least not when I've been there. Larger layout than other close by 7-Elevens.”

“This is the only 7-Eleven I know that keeps 5-gallon Poland Spring bottles INSIDE the store and that's the safe way to get your bottled water. I cancelled Water Delivery service and I'm saving at least $20 a month now. Way to go 7-Eleven (near the mount sinai diner)!Update: The day after I posted this great review, this store moved the 5-gallon bottles out into the sun outside the store. Unfortunately, IMO they have blown up a good thing. Back to Stop-n-Shop for now,,,”
