I have been going here for the last couple of years and lately the cost keeps increasing and the quality has decreased. I booked an appointment for 2 and my girlfriend’s pedicure started before me and I finished before here. There was no calf / foot message, my cuticles were not cleaned up and my polish job looks a week only and it’s been less then 24 hours. During my manicure I had to request her to get the areas she missed with polish multiple times.

I was visiting from Las Vegas and happened to find this place and was very impressed! I brought my 8 year old daughter in and the lady was so good with her. The place was beautiful and clean, everyone was very friendly, they did a great job on both of us, and I thought the prices were amazing! Highly recommend this place!

I visited with my two teens and their friend. I paid $353 for various services plus $52 in tips. Two administrators, a man and a woman, approached me to ask if I wanted to pay extra in tips. They were very pushy and unprofessional, which left a bad impression. I told them to distribute $30 that I paid originally for 3 memberships. This is disappointing because my daughters and I could have been return customers. Elaine is a great technician, but this experience makes me hesitant to return.

Every aspect of this spa is 5 stars. Clean, organized , quality above and beyond by every nail technician! Sally does my French tips , and they couldn’t be more perfect! Jennifer gives killer back massages and i feel alive and awake every time she is finished! Have been searching for that high quality nail salon for a while and i finally found it ! Friendly , personable and sweet people!

This was my first time getting a mani/pedi since I gave birth 9 months ago. I used to go regularly but haven’t been able to due to being a new mom. Unfortunately I did not choose the right place to begin getting my nails done again. I made an appt for 1 on a Thursday, I got there. A little earlier and still had to wait 20 mins for anyone to start my services. The pedicure was great, Jean did a great job. The gel manicure was terrible. The first annoyance was them trying to figure out who could do my manicure. Then when I sat down it was very rushed. So rushed that Summer cut my cuticle. No apology, no nothing. She just put the styptic and kept it going. She stopped being so rough after that but the damage was done. All the cuticles on my right hand are peeling and the cut ended up getting infected. To top it off, my nails are already chipping after less than a week. I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this place to give it another try.

My dip nails lasted a full month, they just grew out. They offer a great rewards system.

I have been using Ivy at Happy Nails for many years. My nails always look pretty and last well for weeks. I am treated well by everyone at the nail salon. Its a very clean and friendly environment.

Love this place I’m so glad that Emily is back and Jennifer does the best massage it’s clean and the staff is lovely. I travel from Saint James to Mount Sinai.
