Best rescue service in Port Jefferson. Trusthworthy and reliable. Came quick and made sure my car was placed on the flat bed carefully on and off from towing it in a tight parking upper ramp parking lot to my driveway at home. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Tommy for your service.

Dad's car went through the backyard and down into a 40' depression. We had no idea how anyone would get it out. Mr. Maloney came quick, figured out the equipment he needed, and returned within a few hours. Took his time and went out of his way to do minimal damage to the yard (which was already pretty damaged) and had it back in the driveway within an hour. He and his team were friendly and courteous and overall made a nightmare situation easy. Unfortunately this is the kind of service you hope you never need, but if you do I really can't recommend Northeast enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

This is the best tow company I’ve probably ever come in contact with. Efficient, kind, and trustworthy. I would call them any day if I needed. Getting towed is so annoying but they really make it tolerable!! So grateful. Don’t think twice about this company, seriously.

I needed a tow from the dealership on New Year's Eve. Not only did he do it, he had to deal with Honda giving him a problem about taking the car. This was a last minute tow I needed, and he did such a great job. This will be my go to guy from now on. A+++ service

Called Northeast Towing & Recovery Inc. (with owner Tom) yesterday on a Sunday to schedule a flatbed tow for my jeep (Monday, 8/5) from Shoreham, NY to West Hempstead to the Transmission shop.
Communication was spot on and they were here when they said they would be.

Be careful when driving near one of their tow trucks, just had one almost swideswipe me and cut off 6 cars on a single lane red light at the intersection of middle country rd and old middle country rd going north. No care for others or to follow the laws of the road I’d rather leave a review to warn others instead of sending the dashcam footage to Suffolk PD

From my cars, to equipment or most recently a wheel chair lift for my dad Northeast goes above and beyond. Been using them for almost a decade with no issues or no headaches. And in a pinch that’s the most important thing. Professionalism above all. Can’t speak and higher of them.

Fast friendly affordable says it all. My AWD Subaru was stuck at the bottom of a steep icy driveway and the sun was setting in Port Jeff. I had called another reputabe local tow service who said they couldn't safely pull me up 20 yards to the street so I was starting to panic. I called Northeast and Tom said " I got you, be right there". Half an hour later I was driving home. OUTSTANDING! Call Northeast!

I would give ten stars if I could. I unfortunately needed a tow on three separate occasions in the past few months, and the service by Northeast Towing was exemplary each time. All three tows were done in an impressively timely manner, the communication from Tom, Derek, and Darin was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough about the quality of the customer service I received, and the pricing was also very fair and competitive. The past few months have been a nightmare dealing with my car troubles, but Northeast was the one part of the process that was a breeze each time. A huge thank you to the guys over at Northeast Towing & Recovery Inc.—you guys have a customer for life.

Tommy , your unbelievable, determination, reliability, and quick call to action when my dad was in a bind tonight, is a testament to what type of businessman you are. You made possible, what everybody else made impossible… You made it look easy and effortless, and you had a calm and reassuring demeanor, all the while even late in the night.
I had two tow trucks come to help my dad, which One had said, was apparently a broken ball joint On his front end…both tow trucks abandoned us and could not help us because they did not have the proper equipment to tow the car. I was able to collaborate with another tow company and get Tommy on the phone. These two men worked together to come to our rescue. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for us this evening. What was so easy for you was so frustrating for us dealing with other tow companies that could not handle our needs and left us waiting for hours without any answers - And on top of that they were rude.
Thank you for showing up for us as quickly as you did And setting the bar so incredibly high for the rest. I will never go through any regular tow service again. You are my guy and you superseded the expectation. Eternally grateful that I have an amazing contact to help my Dad (and me!!l , thank you for your efficiency and your passion to the call of duty. You rock!!!!! ???

Can't say enough about this company. It is the second time I had the need for a tow. I had saved the contact in my phone after the first tow and so glad I did ( I suggest you do the same ) the price was reasonable ( hard to find that today ) and the service was amazing. I watched as they loaded my car( took such time and care ) and when I got home it was parked perfectly where I had asked them to.Thank you Northeast Towing!Service: Car towing
