“Needed to return an item and this was where I had to go because the hubs couldn't scan a bar code. They can do a QR code but not a bar code. That's annoying, yes some companies even big ones have legacy software but 3 hubs later and gas wasted, this location did what I needed. TY”

“This guys are great. I went there to ask questions about printing a birthday sign. Within 20 minutes my sign was ordered. By next day morning my sign was ready. I received a call from the store to let me know it was ready. Came to store, they remembered me and immediately handed me my sign. The sign came out more than perfect. Asst. manager Jayson is very nice, ready to work and knowledgeable.

“Had a really positive experience at USPS Medford. The customer service here is honestly some of the best I’ve seen—staff are always friendly, patient, and very attentive. They take the time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled properly, which makes a big difference.
Even when it gets busy, the team stays professional and keeps things moving smoothly. It’s clear they care about helping people and doing their job well.
The only thing I’d mention is that the building itself feels a bit outdated and could really benefit from a renovation. A more modern and refreshed space would make the experience even better.
