“Excellent experience!!!. From the moment i walked in i just felt at ease and comfortable. Talking to Mike and Ron and getting everything set up was unbelievable easy with them. They made me feel confident immediately that i was in the right place. Super informative on the process and what my expectations should be including time frame for repairs etc. Very pleasant to speak with in general and extremely polite. The accident was a sideswipe and smash along the entire drivers side of the car. When i got the car back, the work was so amazing that i honestly wished that they would have just painted the entire car. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered the car back to me exactly as scheduled. I have nothing but nice things to say. “I've known the people at Performance for over 4 years. I work for Enterprise Rent a Car and we have been setting up hundreds of rentals for their customers over the years. Everyone that utilized the artisans at this shop have routinely indicated to me the amazing work they do, so I told them, if my time every comes, I will give them a try. A few days ago, I dropped off my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek to have the front bumper repainted as there was some paint cracking from a minor accident. “So I was driving on a pretty busy road and I heard a loud pop from outside my car, then a few seconds later my tire sensor went off. I pulled over and one of the tires was completely flat.
I called AAA and a Double N tow truck came very quickly. The driver (his name was Ish) was extremely helpful. He figured out that the problem was likely a nail in the tire that had come out while I was driving. Even though it was nearly 7 PM, he said there would be someone at the shop that could fix it.
He took me to the shop and the tire was plugged in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price (I didn't get the name of the guy who fixed it, but he was very helpful too).
Highly recommend!”

“Jack was very helpful from the first day I called to inquire about getting my vehicle repaired after someone hit me. Samantha at the front desk was also very helpful and went above and beyond to secure my rental car. The other person's insurance company is a terrible one (integon) and she made sure I got a car equal to the value of mine while they work on my vehicle. So far they have been great.
