He is incredibly knowledgeable about fur and took the time to explain how to properly care for my vintage pieces and what would be best for them long term. I left five coats with him for cleaning and maintenance and I’m extremely pleased with the care they received. I will also be storing my coats with them once winter is over. But I did want to say that my experience was exceptional. I was just browsing through make up as I never really buy makeup products unless they're from a drugstore. Gina helped me and actually went above and beyond. Seriously such a nice individual. She gave me tips, matched my skin tone (which I've never gotten correct before), and helped me purchase other products. I couldn't help myself and went back today to make some other purchases. “Whenever I make a trip to stony Brook i stop in. The staff always help me to find my size in a petite. And when I can’t get there physically they help me on the phone and make it so easy. No problem with exchanges or returns. In many establishments service is not on the radar and with others service is first. That counts for a lot with me, a daughter of a merchant.”
“The shopping experience here is just SO elite compared to the customer service you get at Victorias Secret. They are attentive from the minute you walk in the door, measure you, explain things, show you options, and really help you each step of the way. They make suggestions, and bring things to the dressing room so you do not have to go searching. The environment is a lot less busy, making it personable and relaxing. The quality of the items also appears to be higher! I had a great experience with Nemesis and Courtney (apologies if I got either of your names wrong)!”

“The jazz loft is a hidden gem, Google it and see all the amazing shows that are happening. The decor is amazing and a fine example of what a jazz club should look like. Venue is on the second floor with the first floor welcoming you to a historical museum show casing some incredible jazz memorabilia. I highly recommend you pay this place a visit.”

“Very kind staff and super cool building. I’m pretty tall though so in all honestly it was a little cramped. That said, it’s worth staying to get a genuine experience of traditional Nepalese architecture. Fun fact; the doors are so small to force you to bow, even kings or queens, to ensure all remain humble.”
