“Since 1978 I have purchased 29 vehicles from Country Club Motors in Oneonta, NY: 1 used & 28 new. I was always satisfied with every aspect of shopping there, until this year. New owners have taken over & they no longer seem interested in courtesy & service. Having been unsuccessful in buying a new car there after going there with the intention of leaving with a new car again I decided to give McReady a try. My salesperson, Andrew, was very personable & professional. He showed me the car I was interested in & made no effort to pressure me in any way. When it came time for him to make me an offer on my trade (I was going to hold out for a certain amount-firm). McReady's first offer was $500 more than I was going to hold out for! Everything proceeded quickly & smoothly & The deal was done in under an hour! Carl, who handled the financing was pleasant & again did not try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. “I was very pleased with Napa in Norwich they do things right I was impressed and the young lady behind the counter help me was very knowledgeable friendly and she had a smile that makes a day go a lot better for the person on the other side that's having maybe a bad day thank you for that and they also mixes their own spray paint to order how awesome is if they don't have your color mix it and put it in a spray can that is awesome I am definitely going back there it's not like other Auto part places in Norwich that don't know what they are doing awesome have a wonderful blessed happy day”

“I want to thank the service and parts department at Matthews Ford in Norwich for replacing the batteries in my key fobs. I currently lease a Nissan Rogue from Matthews Nissan in Clay. After receiving alerts from my vehicle that the key batteries were low I decided to go to Matthews in Norwich since I live near by and ask if they would replace the batteries. Without hesitation I was sent to the parts department and was told by the gentleman at the service desk entrance that he would let them know I was coming. I was immediately met by a service technician who took both key fobs and replaced the batteries for me. I asked how much I owe them and was told nothing. I have received the same type of service at this department when I have had work done in CIay and needed to have the lug nuts checked after returning home. I cannot speak highly enough about the way the service department in Norwich has always been accommodating without hesitation to be of help. The staff I have dealt with has always been so kind, friendly and generous. Again THANK YOU!!!”

We had just got a new battery for our truck in Maine at an Advance store, but it had less cranking amps to start the truck than what is suggested, so it would start, but a few days later while pulling our RV for several hours, the truck wouldn't start after we stopped for gas without a jump. I called Shawn from the gas station. He said if I could get to his store in Sidney, NY, he could probably help us. We made it to the store, and true to his word, Shawn swapped out our under amped battery for one recommended for our truck. Advance is lucky to have a customer focused manager like Shawn, and we were blessed to have met him! PS. He knows a thing or two about cars!!”
“Great place to grab parts that other locations in the area don't have, easier to call ahead first, and they will usually get them together for you ahead of time. Also I believe if you order enough they might even deliver, they will definitely deliver to your dealer/repair shop if it's local though.”
