“I love this place. This is a small Post Office with limited space and manpower, and so sometimes it gets a little backed up, but the lines usually move quickly, and the employees are always very friendly and attentive. Lori, the worker I see most often, is an absolute treasure. My only critique is that I wish they had a 24-hour self-service kiosk, but this is rural NY, so I'm happy with what we've got.”

“I’ve recently been having issues with packages being delivered to my house for a few months now, always got the “sorry we missed you” note and had to pick them up even though I’m home when the mail comes by. So I called the post master and spoke to him personally. Jeff was his name. He told me he would look into and handle it. Not too long after the phone call, the package was at my doorstep.
