Dr. Lemyre is a very down to earth medical professional. He takes a lot of interest in his patients and gives more first hand assistance than most licensed therapists would do. He’s even known to treat a lot of Division 1 student athletes! Definitely recommend.

Best Physical therapy in NY! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will take care of any pain you’re feeling and have you better in no time. Rob is super friendly and really makes you feel comfortable. Great conversationalist as well. The space is always super clean and has great energy. Highly highly recommend 5 stars all around!

The boot camp there was very intense and grueling considering it was first time. The instructor was great and very motivating. I loved it.

This bootcamp is absolutely amazing. I would recommend it to any one. As a beginner it works perfectly for me and the trainer and other members give you the extra push that you need to get through that intense 1 hour class. definitely 5 stars!
