“NVE felt like it was a part of my family. Going back to being a little girl, I recall going through the drive through with my mom and being met with kindness and friendliness from the tellers. I accompanied my mom when she visited the branch in Englewood, and each person treated her with kindness and respect. When my mom passed 8 years ago, she left an IRA, and I began a banking relationship with Cheryl in their IRA department. Since 2016, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She knew who I was whenever I called along with the details of the account. Even so, she took the time to verify me, because she is diligent in her work. When it recently came time to transfer the account, she went above and beyond to help me. The banking relationship is now over since I no longer live in NJ, but I will always remember this bank as a friendly and welcoming place. Cheryl was especially helpful to me during a difficult time, consistently showing kindness and attentiveness to my account. Thank you for 60+ years of being a helpful, kind, and respectful bank for my family.”

“Great carwash! Also they do oil changes and if you get an oil change, they give you a free car wash! They have a nice waiting area and bathrooms. They sell floor mats, cell phone accessories, windshield wipers, air fresheners, drinks, hats, gloves, antifreeze, you name it - they got it! Service is exceptional and the prices are great, too!”

“I had the opportunity to sit down and talk to Nadeska Martinez regarding opening up a student account. I thought she was great and professional. As a person who is clueless on everything banking and just getting started into the world of adulthood, she is very knowledgeable and it helped me understanding banking a lot more. “I came in around 3 pm Thursday afternoon because I had an issue with my online savings account. There were several people ahead of me waiting to speak to a representative. We were all pretty patient. A woman, who I later realized was the branch manager, would touch base with us from time to time, to assure us that we would get assistance. AN HOUR LATER, I could stand it no longer and flagged the branch manager down, saying I've been waiting!!!! Help me!!!! She led me to her office and I explained her situation. Unfortunately, my online problem could not be resolved in person. Argh! She was empathetic and definitely a cheerleader of the Citibank brand as she asked me to please keep my business with Citibank despite my online issues. She was good.”
