This was our first time going through this process, and Dan was great at listening to what we were hoping to do and recommending options within our budget.
Installation was very easy and straight forward, and they even swapped out a blind that got damaged during shipping without us even having to say anything.

“Around the end of 2016, Carpet World took care of my new apartment. The staff are wonderful...they don't pressure you into anything, they're knowledgeable, and they're very helpful. I was able to find *exactly* what I wanted, and their installers did a fantastic job! Three years in, the carpet is holding up really well, even up against a cat and a toddler, and is almost as soft as it was when I got it.Today I stopped by again because I'm about to show for 4 days at a convention and wanted something soft to step on. They had some scraps that were the perfect size for my needs.
