So far so good. I received great customer service during my orientation. My rep Ty is very knowledgeable and helped me chose the right size for my items. The whole unit is clean and easily accessible and my favorite part is the extended hours for access. As someone who works, that is a plus for me.

Yadira and the staff at this location offer excellent service. The store hours 6am to 10pm makes it very convenient for working people.

This storage is always clean. But the thing that is so important to me is customer service and this location has the best staff ever. They are very customer oriented and helpful. I spoke with several agent and ALWAYS got the same EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Much better than extra storage place In Mount Vernon. I wish I would’ve came here first for my other storage. This building does not smell like mold, and I did not see any visible rats

Always clean the staff is great 💪👑 they answer any questions i have with a smile aways with a hello how u doing 😁 I don't remember their names the beautiful young lady my man with the glasses and the braids and the bow-legged Android lover like me they're all dope 👑👑go there give them your money you won't regret it.....🤣🤣

CubeSmart on Columbus Ave in Mt. Vernon is very well run. Ty is usually at the front desk, and he is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Moving stuff in and out of a storage unit is a chore, so
having someone there who is professional and positive is greatly appreciated. Also want to mention their packing boxes. We're packing up a condo and an apartment, and have bought dozens of packing boxes from various places. CubeSmart's are the best, and they have a good variety of sizes.

I must say this place is a great place to do business. I won an auctioned unit at this location and I must say from start to finish the manager YADIRA was the BESTEST!!! she's a great person and very understanding. I will definitely give this location a 10+ stars.

This Cube Smart location is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for your storage needs. Keep in mind that rates change daily so take that into consideration before locking in a unit.
