This Pharmacy need structure, and management. After 3 weeks had to change pharmacies in order to get my medications and have it covered by my insurance. Completely discombobulated.

Well-staffed with professional pharmacists and cashiers. Good experience from beginning to end. The pick up line can be long, but they are working hard to get everyone in and out quickly, and they are very kind and patient with confused/impatient customers, including myself.

People waiting in line since 8:45 am. Pharmacy supposed to open at 9am. Its now 9:10 am and nothing. I was just told that the pharmacist is running late. And thay she will be here at 9:25 am

Pharmacist talking to someone I assume Is friend or family member on her cell phone, seems like I interrupted her call by standing there waiting. she was rude and dismissive when I tried to speak with her. Go somewhere else they don't want to be bothered.

Ashley was rude at the pharmacy section. She needs training on how to talk and attend to customers. She needs to take her job serious if she still needs a job.

Waited 1 hr to be told the machine isn’t working, photo tech doesn’t know why they are doing, as his manager for help, she then said the machine”cutter” not working. Don’t waist your time here.

Rude pharmacy tech in a predominately Black city. The store and cash wrap at the pharmacy are insanely filthy first of all, the ONLY reason you'd come here is for the drive thru pharmacy which is NEVER open, or always has some operational issue. This morning was the last straw. Drive thru that looks like a beat up truck stop not open AGAIN, long line, dirty floors, indifferent pharmacy techs. I pick up my medication and try to pay with my phone which is denied. From behind the partition in a busy store, I thought she said that my FSA card didn't work, I'd been having issues with the new card so no big deal, I begin apple pay with a different card then she shouts at me spitting out each word with an attitude as if she's speaking to an idiot and looking at me with that same energy 'THE SIGN SAYS TAP DOESN'T WORK!' I was stunned that this interaction went from 0 to 50 at 9am but looked up to see a barely legible white paper taped up to an already cluttered partition reading 'tap doesn't work'. Oh, ok, got it, but that could've been managed so much better. Had I been white, had this been Pelham or Bronxville there'd be no way she would've acted as if she was disciplining a dog. I tried my FSA on the pad, it still didn't go through so I used a bank card, I was still reeling. When it finally went through I grabbed my meds and receipt from her and she laughed telling the next customer that I was mad because my card didn't work. No, I was angry with her tone and her privilege in thinking she could speak to me the way she did. I didn't go back to confront her or complain to management because I would've been late and this is where Karen's call the cops and my solution is not to argue with trash but to stop paying people like her and take my business elsewhere which it seems enough people are doing. But FYI, management needs to address this stat and note that not every customer walks away when confronted with a nasty attitude.

The worst in delivering timely services. To pick up a prescription plan on giving up 40-60 minutes of your life. Flu shot? Wait for the pharmacist to take her sweet time. While waiting you can amuse yourself with the manager walking around looking lost

The worst... lazy, slow staff. Spent almost an hour and a half waiting for a prescription that was told to me that would take 15mins. I left, came back and went through drive through after almost an hour. Now I'm back in store and it's still not ready.

Got a test on JULY 1 - today is the 14th and still no resluts. No email. No way to contact them. Called and sat on hold for 2 HOURS and then they just cut me off without answering. AWFUL. DO NOT USE THEM

I've been to this store a few times since they've relocated from their old spot which was down the road and across the street, by the post office. I've had prescriptions filled here in the past, two of which could not be filled because the pharmacy did not have them. So I can relate to what other reviewers have said about them not having particular, popular, medications. The wait time could be better, primarily inside the store. The wait time at the drive through hasn't been too bad the mornings that I have stopped by, and I realize that they are sometimes jumping back and forth from customers in the store at the counter and at the drive-up. They clearly need better staffing. This is the first CVS that I've been to that had a significant amount of the natural hair products that are on sale this week. I attribute this primarily to the largely black population that inhabits the city that this particular store is located in. Either way, it's greatly appreciated that I can actually purchase the items that are on sale!!

I have never used this pharmacy before today. My doctor said she knew they'd have the medication I needed. She placed the prescription and I received a text that said it was ready and 10 dollars. I went there. They couldnt find it...it was lost. Ummkay? The pharmacy is a mess, piles of paper bags. After 10 mins of people throwing and rummaging bags around they told me my large prescription (boxes of injectibles) was lost. Wow. Thanks. At 8 mo preg I def want to drive back there on Tuesday considering I live 15 mins away and work full time etc. I will never use this place again after my need for this current medication is over.
