The Pharmacy line is always long I really believe that no one cares almost every review on here is a negative one . Please take note and see how you can improve CVS give your workers an incentive or something so that can value your customers time. I only use your location be I live close but I will be looking for another Pharmacy.

It’s okay, pharmacy could be more attentive on their phone calls. I always have to call every 30mins to get someone on the phone. A bit more staff to help out too, but overall clean and organized.

It's a nice CVS. Very big compared to others but fully stocked with variety. I traveled 20 minutes to get there having passed other smaller CVS but have no regrets.

This store is awesome.. one of the well put organized CVS’s in New Rochelle ..Ricardo was very patient with me the second I walked in the door.. today me and my 7 month old was on a mission to get his passport picture. And let me just say that wasn’t easy.. he let me take my time and gave me some pointers.. and also helped me check out on some cleaning products that were on sale. Plus gave me a nice discount on my son pictures due to it having to take hour long and I had to take them myself lay my baby on a project board to get it just right.. he can tell I needed it done and let me be comfortable in anyway to get it done. And atop of that Sal was very considerate and helpful as well he had helped me get back my cvs card and throughly showed me how it works.. and let me just say if you don’t have one and you go often that’s just silly the perks and coupons are awesome!!!
I can’t wait to go back.

Always an awesome easy going experience. I'm in the store almost everyday if not 3 times a week and I never have an issue the employees and managers and supervisors are always kind and there to help.

The only problem I have with this store is the drive-through you’ll say you’re open and close at certain times and when I come there and you’re supposed to be open your clothes I have a bad problem with walking so I cannot stand in line for a long period of time so I depend on the drive-through Sometime. I have to come back two or three days in a row before I can get my medication out of the drive-through I wish y’all can improve drive.

The staff are always customer friendly except for some of the private security guards who can be very impolite
With 15 years as Loss Prevention Agent at Rite Aid drugstore I can train some of them on GET
GREET, ENGAGE, and THANKING the customer for shopping and inviting them back

Sucks sucks sucks... the lines at pharmacy snake through the aisle they are soooo long! If you use this, Pharmacy, you have to make sure you're willing to spend a lot of time on line… There's no running in and running out… They are slow. They are very, very slow.. And the drive-through pharmacy is a joke. It was supposed to be at 2 o'clock. It wasn't. It never opens at the right time. It's never available. It's a cruel joke.
If you have any other option to get your drugs, any place else I'd do so

Longest wait for the pharmacy ever. No reason it should take 45 minutes for 6-7 people. Left without my prescription

Ms. Catherine and the manager Mr. Ricardo are amazing when it comes to providing customer service helping out with what is needed for the customer. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customers feel great feel special feel amazing! They are top tier!! Love it 😍
