The customer service is disgusting I rate that a 4 out of 10 but to have items you went is 10/10. I just try and bite the bullet because I try to keep the stores in my neighborhood but I feel like I’m being pushed to Pelham

This CVS is well stocked and the staff is both friendly and helpful. I was pleased when they recently extended the pharmacy hours, shows they are keeping up with the needs of their local clients. Plenty of parking means a lot too! Definitely my favorite CVS LOCATION!

This store pisses me off I understand you go to lunch at 1:30 but the lines are extremely long cashiers extremely slow and tell me at 1:20 that’s the last person is unfair. Especially if I’ve been then for over 20 minutes on line

First off I must say, walking into this CVS is like walking back into a drug/pharmacy/convenience store prior to 2020. This location is well kept & well stocked! There's always staff visible.. something else we don't come across in 2024/2025. Thank you to whomever is in charge over there.. THIS COMMUNITY APPRECIATES YALL

I want to take a moment to recognize this store for their ridiculous achievement of conquering the "in-store pick-up" business model. I have never experienced such a smooth, seamless tranaction with other store like Target, Walmart, Best Buy or even Kohls, as examples.
In the past two months I Have placed about ten in-store pick-up orders and when placed during open store hours, they are almost always ready for pick-up in less than ten minutes. Specifically, my last two orders were ready in six minutes and two minutes after I placed the order.
They really are overachievers and need to be applauded for that.

Probably worse than the 9th circle of hell. Understaffed, attitude that knows no bounds, and a complete lack of customer care and compassion.

Cashiers are needed and would be appreciated. Self checkout is impersonal and a whole job for customers here.
