DO NOT BUY THE SODAS IN HERE!!!!! I have bought many of the sunkist and have found white inside of the bottles and when I go to open them they taste flat and like it’s bad and the smell horrible they are seriously trying to kill people in this dollar tree with there food products even down to the ramens I have bought here and they taste horrible i understand that it’s cheaper to buy certain things here but it’s not worth getting food poisoning over or something happening to your children or family please look at the items before you buy them because they put stuff out and don’t even check what there putting out and the customer service is horrendous here always just one register open all the time especially when it’s very busy the line will be going all the way to the back of the store and no one comes to help out the one person that’s there and if your trying to get a job here beware that the manager is so rude to her employees and it’s not worth working there too much drama between the employees and everything go find a job somewhere else if your going to buy anything buy everything else but the food and drinks I hope I’m saving someone with this review

One of the worst Dollar Tree I’ve been to, last week as I was walking in someone almost tripped over my child’s stroller trying to run out with stolen merchandise. Then the cashier Varene was very rude to me. As she was finishing my transaction I was putting my reusable bag on the counter and she asked me, “What happen?” I was confused because we did not exchange any words before this, so I asked her if there was a problem (as I stated before we hadn’t exchanged any words at all before this). She said I am handing her the bag and she doesn’t know why. I explained I was not giving her the bag, and if it is the policy of Dollar Tree not to pack the customers bag then that’s all she had to say. However I don’t believe that is the case because she packed up the previous customers stuff perfectly like a puzzle in bins and in a bag. She acted like she didn’t hear me when I said that. I packed up my own stuff and left. Will not be returning.

Really love this location and the customer service is actually better than average. I’m just hoping the losses due to brazen retail theft does not cause the location to close. It was so sad to see it in person

Bad customer service!! The lady working at the register is not polite. She is extremely rude to customers and needs to improve her skills. She charged me for an extra item and refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake. One of her coworkers had to come and assisted me. She pointed her finger at me. I had a terrible experience at that store. That woman is very disrespectful and rude to the customers.

I went for the first time to that Dollar Tree Store in Mount Vernon today and I had a terrible experience. The lady working at the register has poor service skill. She made a mistake on my receipt. She charged me for an extra item and I was trying to explain to her that she made a mistake. She got upset and was pointing her finger at me. A coworker of her came and assisted me. She never acknowledged that she made a mistake. Please try to make sure that your employees are not disrespectful to the customer.

Staff is friendly. Not always stocked & organized well, but that’s every Dollar Tree I’ve been to depending on the day and when they get new shipment in. Parking is always a hassle in this area and they often have ppl just waltzing in grabbing what they want off the shelves and walking right out without hiding that they are stealing, which is a shame.

I ran in for Christmas bags & a couple of other items, I spend a total of 8 minutes in the store. I found it to be messy. The cashier was very nice and my wait time was a couple mins.
