I love this storage. I just moved and it’s been a pleasure having extra space right by my side! I will make sure to come back! It has never been so easy to find a space for my 14 year old daughter queen sized bed and my California king size mattress. Me and my family are very grateful especially for Jamie, she helped me and she made me feel extremely comfortable!

Be advised that after several months of storage you are told in advance that the rates will increase.
Therefore, unless your income is bountiful then this may be only a temporary solution for storage.

I recently rented a storage unit in Yonkers and had a disappointing experience. I was quoted $293 for an 8x8 unit over the phone, but upon arrival, I discovered unexpected charges that were not clearly communicated. The staff was pleasant during our conversation, but their pricing policy seems unreliable and non-transparent. I feel frustrated and misled by this company. Overall, my experience has been negative, and I would advise others to be cautious.!

I am writing as a long-standing and loyal customer of your storage facility for over a decade, deeply disappointed by the deteriorating conditions and unacceptable customer service I have experienced over the past year.
Last year, I was moved into a significantly larger unit which, I was told, originally should not have even been designated as a billable space. The unit is equipped with a wooden door—rather than a secure, proper storage door—raising serious concerns about safety and security. Additionally, there has been no working electricity in the unit for the past six months.
When I first upgraded, the ceiling-mounted building light was functioning. After the bulb blew, I was informed that a service ticket had been submitted and that a maintenance crew would resolve the issue. To this day, no such service has occurred. Despite multiple requests for a manager or corporate representative to contact me, I have yet to receive a single follow-up.
When I visited the facility in person recently, I was shocked to be told that the previous staff member misled me and that your company does not, in fact, replace the overhead light bulbs in these units. I was advised to climb the high ceiling and replace the bulb myself—an utterly unsafe and unreasonable expectation for any paying customer.
I currently pay $661 per month for a unit I cannot safely access. A flashlight is wholly insufficient to illuminate such a large space, especially when navigating around oversized rat traps placed directly outside my unit. This is not only a major inconvenience but also a serious health and safety hazard.
