I had an amazing experience with Graceland! My father passed away recently and my mom, brother, and I all forgot to order flowers for the funeral service. It was Memorial Day and the funeral was the very next morning. Not only was Graceland open, they also helped us select flowers and an arrangement. The woman who took care of us was professional and helpful. AND Graceland was able to deliver the standing spray well in time before the service at the church began. It was gorgeous!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! purchased from 1800 flowers fulfilled by this flower company, and this is what was sent. Wilted, dry flowers, and deflated balloons. When I called, I was told to put an aspirin in the water to revive these nasty dead flowers. They offered a replacement for THURS!!!!!!! My mom has to spend mothers Day in the hospital, and this is what she received.They should be ashamed of themselves for even sending this out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I received a floral bouquet from my daughter today for Mother’s Day. I noticed most of the flowers are wilted and dying. I can’t believe they had the audacity to send an arrangement like this to people after they charge so much. Graceland florist you have to do better to keep your customers satisfied.I will not be using this florist in the future. Please don’t order from here! This is not a reputable business.

My father who lives in South Carolina, ordered a bouquet of roses for me for my birthday. The very next day two of the roses were dying. The second day five of the roses were dying. By the fourth day, the entire bouquet was dead. It’s really unfortunate that 1-800-flowers continues to use this terrible florist.

Ordered flowers for mothers 4 days ahead of time,and never got delivered on mothers day and received an email saying were.They lied about the delivery and delivered ys ltr afr moths y.This florist to should not be in business just for the fact lying!!!Totally unacceptable!!!

Ordered an XL birthday arrangement and a greeting card. Received was a WILTED sympathy arrangement with a card addressed to someone’s ailing mother. I am appalled! Over priced and not with the headache!

My twin sister and my birthday was this Monday and our awesome cousin sent us flowers and chocolate covered strawberries from this poor excuse of a florist! They mistakenly deliver my strawberries to my sister, her kids not knowing they belong to me ate them. My cousin called them to explain the situation and requested the issue be rectified however they refused to send me a new set of strawberry, even though they made the error of delivering them to the wrong address. Today I received a call from their receptionist Anna who assured me they would resend the strawberries but then she turned around and called my sister advising her they would not, which was odd. They never called me back with that piece of information. My sister said the receptionist Anna was very rude and unprofessional. I called and she was the same to me as well. She put me on hold numerous times and did not return to t. When I finally got through and asked for a manager, she told me one was not available call back tomorrow. DONOT utilize this establishment! They have absolutely no courtesy or compassion for those spending their hard earned money in these very trying times! Please take your money and your business elsewhere! If I could give them zero stars I would!

Smells good in here. For some reason no one had helium around here. But this place came through for me. Had the 2 mylar balloons and helium I needed for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Why did I wait til the last minute? I didn't want her or her sister to see the balloons ?

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement through 1 800 Flowers and was soooo disappointed. It was sparse, a stone's throw from death, and bore little resemblance to the picture on the website. My mother actually laughed when I sent her the photo of what it should have looked like! Save yourself the money (and embarrassment) and just pick the flowers yourself--you’ll be happier with the results! Buyer beware.

Essentially if I was able to to give this company ZERO stars; in fact a NEGATIVE FIVE (5) stars I would. Around a week or so ( maybe 3 days, but no less) before Valentine’s Day I made a purchase with the intention of surprising my wife with some roses, ballon and card for Valentine’s Day. When setting up the purchase I intentionally choose the option that allows for my delivery to be made on Valentine’s ( I paid extra). My wife was away for work; She was in Memphis, Tennessee. My order never arrived the entire day no informing me or anything! In fact I had called earlier in the day because out of curiosity I was wondering why on earth does my order have to get in so late. It was already evening time and my wife still hadn’t received anything! Without wasting a refreshing surprise of my wife getting some flowers and gift I had avoided requesting her to stay put/not to go anywhere. Options for me was limited time in the day was running out, however luckily for me she wasn’t going anywhere at that moment. Me attempting to think on my feet I give this company a call and to my surprise I was informed that the local florist didn’t have one of the items ( cuddle plush teddy bear. SMH) therefore the order has to be set up for a re-delivery. At this moment I was thoroughly confused as to 1) why wouldn’t the company call me to notify? 2)why would they “claim” they would want to reach out to recipient to make a gift replacement ( which they did not! But why would they call the gift recipients?)?, & 3) why would they suddenly commence to reconvening with the original delivery almost as if they did not explain to me moments before that an item wasn’t available. Nonchalantly like nothing ever happened, and that’s normally how people conduct professional respectable business!? I definitely was being gaslighted, also it seemed to me that I was given the run around, as well as that I should simply accept hands the story they was trying to give me. Later that day when my delivery didn’t arrive my inclination early in the day that the delivery wasn’t gunna happen was proved. Representatives telling me “ my order will arrive by 8pm/ 9 pm the latest guaranteed” was proved to be a total falsehood. I called the company that night around 11pm after having to divulge to my wife that the non delivered Valentine’s Day gift that she did not have in her possession was the thing I would be asking her “did you get anything ?” throughout the day. Ultimately I felt pretty lousy about the whole encounter. Inevitably I had called the company & it was understood to me that the order would be delivered by 9am the next day. Essentially the order did not wind up getting delivered until noon the next day. Thankfully my Union with my wife isn’t on the brink of destruction because I’m sure that would be enough to sink a whole ship! My advice to anyone in a loving relationship of any kind it is a nightmare dealing with this company. Don’t use them.

Boyfriend ordered a $70 arrangement for valentines day and a custom card running him over $100. I understand its the busiest day for the flower business and would usually give some leniency…. but they had the audacity to send delivery confirmation via 1-800-flowers at 6pm but nothing was delivered. Went on a wild goose chase that night thinking it was dropped off to neighbors or the same address in the town over, nothing. Next day the flowers arrive at 3pm still with the tags as if it was a Monday delivery and they are SAD looking. Roses were wilted, molded, there were leaves and flowers in the water, a puny ribbon on them….this was by far the worst arrangement I’ve ever received. It took us 3 days to reach someone at 1-800-flowers to get this resolved, but shame on this florist for taking continuing orders if they are unable to fulfill correctly….clear proof by the many photos in these reviews.

Ordered flowers for my mom on her birthday through 1800 Flowers. Graceland did the arrangement and it was absolutely gorgeous. Flowers are vibrant, beautiful and so fresh. She loved them. So happy!

Save yourself a headache this florist makes Dog crap bouquets What a poor excuse for a florist, do yourself a favor and go else where You'd honestly be better off picking wild flowers from the side of the highway cause that's what you'll pay for at this joint.

Zero stars if I could. Don't use 1800Flowers in the Mount Vernon/new Rochelle area because you WILL be matched with this florist and you WILL be disappointed. This is what I ordered versus what I got. 1800flowers promised that the unnamed florist would not go pick the flowers up. Low and behold, Graceland shows up to pick up flowers from my friend in mourning. They should be ashamed for going to pick up this sad excuse of a bouquet.
