Husband just came from there to get a copy of house key and they denied him because they thought it was a security key. He tried explaining what door we have and they still denied him. Didnt want to give him our house key back and on top of that started calling him a liar and all sorts of names. The craziest thing is that we've came there before. Wouldn't have expected this type of behavior from here.
