I have been banking with HSBC for over 15 years and this has got to the worst location. I live in Mount Vernon, but for a number of reasons mainly customer service I usually try to avoid this location. For years, the customer service is below the standards that I am accustomed, but my last visit warrants a negative review. Normally when I give my ID, their is a different level of care knowing that I have a history banking with HSBC. My most recent experience was worst than if I had just joined the bank. I understand policies and procedures, but my banking history should account for something.
