This place doesn't look very sanitary! They rudely stare at you and don't answer your question until after talking in their native tongue. Do your nails at your own risk!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went for a fill in and I asked her to cut them down and she said no I have to leave them long. And I asked why? I need them shorter, I have a toddler and I would like them shorter. She said it's too much work for her and she doesn't want to do it and file them to keep the shape. Umm excuse me? I'm paying you for your services right? We pay extra for cut down right? Then she cut two of them randomly and huffs.. I told her never mind I will go somewhere else. To someone who listens to their clients. And she told me I have to pay $10 for the gel removal and the messed up cut down and partial removal. Umm no u will get $5. Never going back smh. Shame on the girl that sits on the left side at the 2nd desk. First pic is how I went in. 2nd pic is after I left Jackie's nails. 3rd photo is after I got them done at another salon professional and caring. With no problem filing it down.

I have been going to Jackie for years now. She is very talented at what she does. She is a nail tech as well as do beautiful lashes. Although she is booked and busy she will make time for your own professional experience.

I will NEVER go back here. My regular shop was closed so i decided to give them a try. Waste of my $18.00. I should of just done it myself. My toes were not cleaned, she kept stopping to do eyebrows without saying anything. The polish i chose must of almost been done, she kept adding solution to it. Then she had to keep adding coats to my toes. Made it look sloppy and clumpy. While drying the first time i relized she didn't paint the side of my toes so i a had to get yet another coat. I was so upset, i didnt even dry. I just paid and walked right out. I dont know wth they are doing in there but they need proper nail techs. Would not reccomend that you go there!!!!

Ok so the good is that the owner Grace seems friendly or at least presents herself as friendly. She so cute that it almost makes me feel bad for leaving this review...ALMOST. She also seems to have some loyal customers which means at least some people are satisfied (otherwise, I'd give one star). Sadly, I can't say the same. Almost four hrs down the drain for work that was sloppy at best. Overpriced in my opinion (lack of cuticle cutting, soaking, etc.) and tried to convince me to pay more for a gel pedicure because there was an issue with matching colors (trust me, NOT my fault). In fairness, she ended up offering it no extra charge but by then I was over it. Very hit or miss quality of work according to my observations. Other customers looked annoyed as well. My conclusion? This is probably an establishment on cruise control. If another nail salon (with better service) opens up in close proximity, they'll be in trouble. I won't be back.
