Had a great experience with the vetco team today. I brought my baby winter in today with blatter stones, and right of the battle Justin and val were huge help in calming my worries. Shekinah was very kind and thorough with taking all of our info and Dr. Persaud was very sweet and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He did unfortunately need an xray but Marco and shekinah said he did a great job and we're just so sweet to my boy. I'll definitely be bringing my cats back!

The Pro Plan dog food that they carry is full of bugs and debris. This product is known to have these issues by the staff but they still promote it and say it is the best. When asked they said that the issue is known because there are bugs in the meat that is processed for the food. WHY are you carrying this item if it is garbage. Customer Service was terrible.

One of the Worst customer service I’ve seen for such a reputed name on the veterinary area only the store is good and has a lot of good options for the pets , just to let you know don’t bring your cat to this place is a total waiste of time and staff are total jerks .

The grooming experience is 5/5! Every time my German Shepherd comes in, she is greeted and loved by everyone who works there! We highly recommend Connor as he is so gentle and loving with our dog as well as everyone else’s!

Went to pick up and order got home opened my puppies food and the box was infested with roaches there was so many I couldn’t believe it it was so nasty the lady that got my order very rude as well

Shekinah is the best she always takes great care of my baby Rosie and is so informative during the visit. She asks questions and provides me all the best advice while communicating with the provider. Joshua at the register is amazing he’s always welcoming takes the time to help when needed and is very professional and friendly. I love this place best place to take my Rosie Pooh for everything from snacks all the way to vaccinations; examinations and haircuts 🫶🏼.

I took my two dogs to Petco for vaccinations & a Flea Concern Oct 29th. From the moment I arrived I was pleased with a welcoming staff & cleanliness. My dogs Nurse was Nurse S. Lee & She was attentive, caring and gentle with my two furry family members (Loopy & Cleo). I left pleased and relieved for my dogs that they were cared for properly.
