The lady who did my urine test had a lack of communication skills and tried to make me in a ass, because I didn't want to argue with anyone, I stayed calm. She has my urine in her hands and puring it out into the other container. She told me to stop moving in because that is suspicious activity. Really, I am literally right in front of her, and I couldn't even wash my hands until she was done because she was behaving police. She and the other lady at the front desk were looking at me, gossiping about me and laughing, very unprofessional, and they made me feel uncomfortable. I couldn't even take my phone into the bathroom with me to do a drug test 🙄 I have to leave everything

I have always been a walk-in at this location. Today I came in at 8 am and there were people there taken ahead of me who had appointments and of course, I understand. There was a period of time however from about 8:45-9 and 9-9:10 where there were no one with appointments there. Only people there was me in the waiting room and the techs. In the past, I have been called in to have my blood drawn if this was the case.
So, the first thing the tech tells me is that there were no standbys on the waiting list when I definitely checked in. I'm annoyed, but I go back and check-in for a second time. Later the tech tells me that there were people checked in for appointments and even though they were not there/late, they still take precedence. The only people who were checked in were for appointments past 10 am. That was very confusing to me, a group of people now with appointments walked in, so I just left.
I will set up an appointment next time I guess.

The wait was MUCH too long. You need to have more locations open on Saturday! The staff people were nice but ridiculously overloaded.

The worst service the women working there has a nasty attitude i just came there my dr sended to her all i need done for blood work and she was puting others in front of me i told here you have it there on fax and email i even provided the time after waiting for 2 houres becouse of her mistake she told me i got it but now you need to wait until she gets another 7 patients done which came after me do not go to this nasty attitude women

Why is there only one person there collecting blood/ urine samples and working the front end? Made appointment and was early, however I still wasn’t seen at set time. Horrible experience. I just wanted to submit urine for a job.

The worst every time. This time I was alone the only person there. The Rounder African American lady that always works there is so rude . She gave me attitude like shes not taking anybody who is a walk in . The screen explains you will be fit in . The first thing she said was someone left before being seen so why couldn’t you just fit me in since that person left . Sat there for 30 mins for her to tell me that while being the only one there. Blood work takes 5mins maybe less I’ve done it here before. If she doesn’t want to work hire someone that does please. It’s the same lady there all the time hopefully some higher ups see this and retrain her

The person that Drew my blood, was very unprofessional he asked me to collect urine, upon my return to the exam room. He had another patient in there (a woman with a young girl), I asked him where should I place my urine sample he said in the same exam room where they were now sitting (where I was previously sitting), I explained to him that is a violation of HIPAA, he said it was not, I said it is I actually work with HIPPA in a healthcare facility AND HE WAS DEFINITELY IN VIOLATION OF MY HIPAA RIGHTS AND THE LADIES HIPAA RIGHTS THAT WAS NOW SEATED IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM. HE NEVER GAVE ME A CHANCE TO COMPLETE MY VISIT, I ALSO EXPLAINED TO HIM I HAVE A GREAT FEAR FOR INJECTIONS AND OVERALL NEEDLES, AND HE PROCEEDED TO DRAW MY BLOOD WITHOUT A BUTTERFLY ATTACHMENT IF THAT’S WHAT YOU CALL IT AFTER I ASKED HIM FOR IT, TO THE POINT THAT MY ARM IS STILL SORE AT THIS VERY MOMENT

In a raggedy run down building but the kiosk check in is straightforward, I was brought in prior to my appointment time and done in less than 10 minutes . The phlebotomist whose name I didn't catch did an excellent job finding my vein, sometimes it takes a couple tries to find a good one when I get blood drawn. There's a Quest right down the block from me so I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but they didn't have availability when I wanted it and this one did - and it was also on my way to where I work on Mondays.
