I'm furious. I've been using R&G for seven years and have been very happy. But after filing my 2022 return, I received an IRS letter saying my return was filed late and I had to pay a $500+ fine--even though I'd been assured by R&G that my return would be filed on time.Since the local office is only open during tax time, I had to contact the main office. I've been leaving messages for A WEEK and nobody has called back or addressed the issue, even though it's their fault. I'll take my business elsewhere next year.

They are very friendly. Celeste Drayton who prepared my taxes was extremely friendly and informative. I will definitely use R&G again.

I hate writing reviews but this one deserves the truth. Please stay away from this place. We've been using them for a long time when we were living in brooklyn and no problem at all (Ave was our preparer in bayridge and she did a great job) that's why we wanted to use them again in our new location. Unfortunately the tax preparer that we had in this location is highly incompetent and made a lot of mistake in federal state, which cost us so much hassle and money. Never again!!!

I have been using this business in the Bronx and most times in this location. They do good tax work and you can contact them beyond the tax season. But the issue I have with their services is that, their fees are not display in the offices. We know that information changes each year and you may have to add more fees. But it would be nice to have known before doing any transaction how much it will be before finalizing the deal. I hate surprises of payments. I was so taken aback by the fact that I had to pay extra because I itemize somethings on my taxes, granted I don't own a house at the moment. But it was as if I owned one. I paid the price of when I did. In the future, please allow your clients to be aware of your prices before moving forward. Have them listed somewhere visible. It would be greatly appreciated! This is certainly a turn off for me. But I'm hoping moving forward things will change.

I had a problem with IRA last year and this was solved by R&G Brenner through the efficient job done by Quinn Harrison. I had to travel miles to him to get my tax return done. He was very friendly and efficient. I will recommend R&G Brenner and Quinn Harrison to anyone who needs the services . I am very much satisfied. Thank you

Been sending their customer's tax information to the wrong e-mail. I notified them and I am still getting their customer's tax information. Good thing I am an honest person. I would definitely not recommend this company on those merits alone.

The tax preparer currently there as of today Saturday, February 25, '18, is unprofessional, not knowledgeable about tax preparation. She was taking and making personal calls. This woman couldn't even answer questions that we asked asked her. When we said we were not going to file, she got upset and told us: "I live in Brooklyn and we suppose to close at 6p." Mind you our appt was at 4p, we let another client take our 4p time because my husband was detained in traffic and he had all of our tax documents. This lady spent 1.5 hrs with that client, which at the end, they didn't even file with her either. Please stay away from this office. We did our taxes there last year, but they had a gentleman who was professional and knew what he was doing. This lady looks like she has a one hr course on how to fake preparing taxes. She succeeded, she is d*** as a rock. Thankfully we didn't file!! 🤦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ðŸ’©
