I’ve been on hold with their pharmacy for nearly two hours, have called nearly 20 times, for information that could’ve taken 10 minutes to find. I’ve been hung up on, and I still haven’t found any information.

Iman Bishar, is disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacy manager, she hung up on me three times. she speaks In a condescending why and is very dismissive customers shouldn't have to deal with this type of individual at all. And it's not cultural differences.
